I got my horn with a wire that was actually the antenna for the remote hanging loose outside the item. When contacting customer support they said ”you ripped it out”. Like f no it was all out and broken when receiving. I wrote to them like 1 min after unboxing.

The horn works ok but customer service is no good in that place. AND i have to ask 5 times WHEN will it be shipped. No updates. No notification ,nothing. I HAD to remind them to send my stuff.

Not satisfied at all

I placed an order on December 21st and have still not received my goods after more than 4 months.
The shipment did not clear customs, I had to pay additional fees, and the package was returned to the sender.

Since then, I have not received any refund.

I have tried to contact the company multiple times via email, phone, their website, and public channels – without any response.

This level of customer service is unacceptable.

I am now requesting a full refund and a proper response. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the case through my payment provider and report the issue accordingly.

I am in the Support of this Company now for 2 Months. They dont respond. And when they do they dont help in anything.

I also did not get my Product. They deliverd a False Product.

Loud and good build quality

They have a chat line that doesn't respond regularly. The customer service number they have has never been answered during business hours.

I ordered the horn and it worked one day. When I emailed them they wanted me to work on the horn I had just payed $180.00
for. I returned the horn back to them with instructions on where to send the new horn.
They went ahead and sent it to a city- state that I was no longer in. After that any contact I tried to make with them went unanswered. This place is a rip off. Buy your horn somewhere else.

I placed my order 4 days ago. I didn't receive any confirmation email or text. So today I received a call from Impact Train Horn, they were returning a call I had made 3 days ago. I was at work at the time. They said my package was at my house. We figured out that a bad email caused confusion on my part . I revised this review as I promised, to a much more fair review.

Train horn is loud with good build quality

It worked a couple of times that’s it! Did not last one day! No response! Save your money! SCAM !

I‘ve ordered the premium horn. It does not work. I contacted them many times. They do not answer or if the do and you tell them about the problem they break up the contact. I paid over 350 Dollars and the horn is not working. There is no possability to get the money back. And just to say, if you buy it with the battery, it isn‘t the original, it‘s a chinese one that only works 1 week. They are scamers.

WARNING!!! Do not buy from ImpactTrainHorns.com, they take your money and then disappear, they do not reply to emails and if you try and contact them on facebook, they only block you… The DeWalt drill they sent us has never worked, it is seized and they have not and will not reply to any of our messages.
