We couldn’t be happier with our installation of artificial grass!! The crew worked incredibly hard to get it all in and done in two days. Our garden is not rectangular and required a lot of extra effort from quoting to installation. The guys turned up on time, stayed til it was done, and cleaned up beautifully.

Had the guys visit for a quote which came back at a very good price and they were able to start the job very soon after. Two round lads Jean and Vinicius, very polite and great working ethic. Nothing was too much and they worked at great pace. Fantastic job and very clean and tidy. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service & value

Excellent service from ordering to installation. Really pleased with the grass and a massive improvement to our garden. Installed in less than a day and the team worked really hard and it was a scorching day. All tidied up after too. Thank you!

The guys was very friendly, looks amazing, the missus loves it, everytime she walks past the garden door and sees it, she smiles. It should've taken 2 days but they got it done in 1 day and ours is a big garden so we are very impressed. Came early morning and didn't stop till they finished early afternoon. So really happy about the work ethic. Most importantly the product is quality and looks amazing. The product comes in one piece so none of that patchy business. They make sure that the bottom is properly layered, covered and evened out to help with drainage and prevent weed growth.

Excellent experience from start till end. Lady on the phone was extremely helpful - listened to my concerns and came up with solutions.
Once I booked the date was confirmed straightaway and it was a week from booking which was amazing.
Roberto and another guy (sorry didn’t catch his name) arrived in the morning, worked tirelessly in the 30 degree heat and finished late afternoon. They were polite, cane up with suggestions and listened to my input.
Definitely recommend using this company!

This company is fraudulent. I went with them initially because their website looked good and they seemed professional and friendly. However they totally screwed up and made a mess. I was confused so looked further and most of their TrustPilot reviews are fakes. (Look at the wording - they are a copy and paste job taking from other sites or using AI). Even the website is a copy of other artificial grass sites.

So beware.... they'll sound great but you'll be ripped off and their guarantee isn't worth a thing. Complain and they'll say it's your fault that things went wrong - not that their installation was crap. And if you complain further they'll tell you to eff off. Trouble is trading standards don't help either. (The date I've put was the installation date - I've given up chasing up on them).

They had installed the grass in our garden 2 years ago and we have been getting annual service done as part of the policy. Last year I had raised the issue that the grass has become uneven in many places around the manholes - they sent their team to take a look who agreed that this is unusual and requires filling of material. Upon raising it with their team, they simply denied any responsibility for this installation even though it is covered under their warranty terms. They blamed it that the manholes haven't been closed properly, but the craters have formed in 6-8 places. Extremely poor service - never again!

The process start to finish was easy and stress free they have done such an amazing job can’t recommend them enough.

Best decision I made with choosing Imperial Grass to transform my garden with artifical grass & tiles. From the start Neeru was very attentive & she had no problem with me changing my design ideas & adjusting quotes accordingly.
On the day I was greeted by 3 smiling friendly faces of Jean, Alberth & Manuel. They explained what they were going to be doing & kept me updated with everything. It took 3 days & I was amazed at how hard they all worked to give me such an amazing garden.
Considering there was 10 huge bags of sand, cement, etc, removing soil & cutting tiles, my house was left so clean you would not of known they were here. Such a professional & friendly company, have recommended to family,friends & neighbours. Thank you for such a great experience.

This company actually deserves 10 stars! I cannot express how must stress I probably caused this company, I was so anxious and asked a million questions before I finally decided to go ahead. They answered all my questions so professionally and promptly, the customer service is absolutely incredible from start to finish. The process is seamless and I completely understand why they are rated so highly on trustpilot.

It is a family run business and the attention detail is exemplary. Roberto and his team were on time, made sure to look after my home whilst the works were being done and cleaned up afterwards. The work took no more than 4 hours as my garden isn’t large but they worked so efficiently as a team (it was quite impressive to see).

We have two dogs so opted for the canine grass and it drains very quickly, is super soft and looks amazing.

I have a few more gardening projects lined up and I have no doubt that this is the company to use.
