The covers were nice, textured and soft but a different colour to the ones in the picture. Easy enough to resolve and got money back quick. They value customer satisfaction and try to resolve any problems.

two-seater sofa cover arrived in good time. Unfortunately this item did not fit our sofa, being about 2" too small. On investigating returning this item to you as unsuitable, we could not find any helpful information, as you would need it back in 'saleable condition' or else you would 'return it to us and charge us for the extra carriage' which we found quite insulting. Obviously we had to unpack it to try it on our sofa, but getting it back into its packaging was almost impossible.

Everything arrived within 4 days description and quality as expected. Only thing I would suggest is that items are packaged with plastic around outside of.box as if items left in safe place they could get wet and damaged. My box was cardboard and it was a fine day so that was great. Other companies I purchase from always put plastic around the outer packaging and even if you are away from the house for a couple of days items in perfect congition in return. The cushions I purchased are lovely considering ordering curtains to match. You

Ordered pink blackout curtains. Order acknowledged promptly and delivery time good. Curtains packaged well but took a lot of ironing to get creases out. Colour nice however curtains are quite thin and are not completely blackout. They were not expensive and look,ok so will do for now,
