Rolex GMT
First every Rolex bought GMT and it was a great experience. Very friendly, honest and professional staff. Nothing was too much trouble, would highly recommend Imperial Time and definitely use them again.

Mr Knudsen purchased a timepiece from us in 2017. Before making the purchase via our website he sent multiple emails enquiring on the insurance for our delivery service.
We send all watches out fully insured and with a 12 month warranty.
On delivery Mr Knudsen claimed he had not received the parcel and wanted a refund. We contacted our specialist delivery courier who where able to provide a signed delivery ticket in his name as well as photographic evidence of the parcel being delivered to his address.
When we contacted the Swedish police who interviewed the delivery driver and showed his information Mr Knudsen withdrew his claims.
He then resorted to leaving this negative review.
