We received the order without the cutting disc on the product self it advertised with 6 additional disc's but non was supplied.

We ordered an item not readily available in SA and which had to be imported from USA. Our first time using this online shopping platform so naturally we had our doubts. Our only complaint was the delay in Customs once it arrived in SA. Otherwise very happy with our order and the service from Import It all. Will use them again.

I am satisfied with my goods. It took a while to get here but it arrived at my doorstep.

Exceedingly slow, Missed both delivery dates, poor communication and feedback. Lastly very poor packaging. I am unlikely to order again.

Feedback and correcting my email address: after I mistakenly gave a wrong email address in the first instance. Quicker delivery than expected!

Horrible experience, from orders being cancelled due to no stock, being advised incorrectly which would have cost me a extra 5k luckily I asked around and figured it out but so much time wasted to orders just not arriving and no clear indication from when it will actually come.

Overall a great product, has made a huge visual impact on fitment and feels great to the hand while riding my CB1000R
