Unprofessional and dishonest—avoid this company.

I ordered 50 custom notebooks from Imprintitems.com and received unusable products—the ink was melted and not cured. After sending photos, the company first promised replacements, then delayed shipping by weeks, accused me of lying, and refused both a refund and timely replacements. Unprofessional and dishonest—avoid this company.

The most unprofessional company ever

The most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Every step of the way I was met with rude, slow to respond staff and terrible responses. Never ever buy from this company.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Was told they wouldn't ship an item without a wire transfer. I then told them they could make the shipping & billing address the same & I would just forward it myself, as any prepaid wire transfer requirement is likely a scam with no backing from Visa's fraud dept. They (being the owner Jon R VanBuren) continued to refuse to ship the product, and yet refused to provide a reason...I can only conclude the business is a scam.

Jon is rude

Jon is rude, has horrible manners and is just an overall horrible person to work with. Some of their products are good, but I do not recommend working with him at all. Not accommodating, snippy and not nice to talk to either.

Denied my imprint for no reason. Slow response times and unprofessional emails that wasted 6 days of my time.

Great bottle openers

Great bottle openers! We ordered 100 bottle openers for our wedding favors, and Jon (owner) and Peggy (designer) were awesome to work with. They made sure we would be happy with their products and worked with us on our custom logo. They also shipped them really fast.

Horrible business person running this …

Horrible business person running this company. I requested a quote for promotional items in multiple quantities. Jon (apparently the owner which is frightening) sent me several incorrect quotes where costs per item, shipping costs were changing for the same quantity. When I asked to speak to a manager as I thought I was dealing with an entry level customer service rep who didn't know what they were doing, I got a call from an angry Jon who refused to apologize for his own mistake, and instead started berating me for having the nerve to ask to speak to a manager, and told me he didn't want my business because I would just be another one of his "pain in the a**" customers. WOW - don't know if I've ever come into contact with such a level of unprofessional in my 20+ years in marketing - BE WARNED!
