Got a full on scrape on the car when picking it up, never noticed till we got to the service station on way home. Then get told by THE UNLHELPFUL WOMAN on the phone when checking the cameras the damage was already there but she said somehow don’t have any video footage of the day you brought it in (been away 2weeks it’s been 3days since collected car) and you should’ve checked your car onsite before leaving ,or if u have pictures on the day u dropped the car off. in the pictures I took at the service station u can clearly see someone’s hand prints on the vehicle trying to rub it in. It was 3am in the morning back of a 5 and half hour flight with 2 kids, last thing was on my mind to go round the car and check it out, obviously not read the previous reviews, might be the cheap option, but now having to pay an extra £220 down getting this scrape fixed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
No process when things go wrong
I have used In2 Car Park Liverpool on several occasions previously and found the staff polite and helpful. The shuttle service to and from the airport has always been reliable and readily available.
However, my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing and is the reason for this review.
I left my car in their care for 6 days (12/04–18/04) while I went on holiday and returned to find a large crack in my windscreen — damage that was absolutely not present when I handed the vehicle over. I have since been quoted an estimated cost of several hundred pounds to repair/replace the windscreen.
When I raised this with staff, I was told, “it’s the weekend, we can’t deal with it now — speak to the boss, Melanie, next week and she’ll sort it.” When I later contacted Melanie, I found her to be dismissive and unwilling to properly consider the issue. I was told it was “my word against theirs,” that nothing further would be done, and the call was ended.
There was no investigation, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the situation.
What is particularly concerning is the apparent lack of any formal process to record the condition of vehicles when they are dropped off, or any clear and structured complaints procedure. This leaves customers completely unprotected if damage occurs while their vehicle is in their care.
I trusted this company with my vehicle and feel extremely let down — not only by the damage itself, but by the way the complaint was handled.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this service, as there appears to be little protection or recourse if something goes wrong.

The worst airport CAR PARK transfer experience! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
After I collected a luggage and I rang to car park to let them know that I am at collection point. After this I had to wait 45 minutes to be taken!
NEVER EVER USE THEM.
I was thinking to get a taxi just to get to my car.
Misleading and unprofessional
After cancelling my booking, I was denied a refund with no reasonable solution offered. This feels misleading and highly unprofessional. Liverpool, UK.
Excellent and super easy service
Excellent and super easy service. Dropped car off and was at the airport in 10 minutes. Phoned when collected baggage and the bus arrived 5 minutes after. Nice staff and car was how i left it . highly recommend 🥰 thank you x

The lad who dropped us off explained we needed to ring them after we arrive outside departures on way home which we did, this was early Thursday morning at 2am within 10 minutes they was there and when we got back my car was ready to be driven away. No damage, no fuss just simple cheap parking. I don’t get the bad reviews

I honestly can't understand the negative comments on here ( but I guess people usually only leave reviews to have a moan) , ive been using In 2 Carparks for years and I can honestly say ive never anything but a positive experience, in fact the staff there have usually gone out of there way for us no matter what time drop off or pick up is , big thanks to all the staff , see you again soon
One huge scam!!!!
One huge scam, you cannot cancel the booking and get the refund (they will offer you credit which you can spend in next 12 months if you not use it they will get money for free), they want you to leave you car keys with them (so they can use your car while you away), they not taking responsibility for any damages to your car keys, they can scratch your car, you are waiting ages to to be picking up and transfer to airport , they using your car to transfer other people to airport, milages not same when I left car ( difference 20 miles). Not good parking....for me not even parking just a place ......when you making booking there is nothing about that you need to left with car keys, no refunds at all. Who's reading term and conditions before buying parking spot????

Shocked to read these bad reviews…. Seamless experience
Outbound - arrived at 2:45am we were given instructions where to park then the mini bus took us within 10 mins (as they have 2 constantly running back and fourth) so understandably it’s not going to be straight away and you only have to pay £5 on arrival and this is stated in the T&Cs so not sure what the Karen’s are going on about!!
Inbound - we phoned when we arrived outside the terminal again pick up less then 10 mins.
The car was well looked after no issues at all.
Yes it’s a bit rough round the ages but you get a fabulous service and the lads have hearts of gold true scousers who will look after you.
Would definitely use again as cheapest and best about! Many thanks

Recently left my car with them for 7 days.
Picked the car up and it was early hours of the morning and dark so couldn’t inspect the car.
At 10am that morning I was going out in my car and notice a scratch on the rear passenger side door panel!! This absolutely was not there before dropping the car off!!
I’m Livid as it’s just cost me £130 to have repaired!
No point in contacting In2 as they will only argue that it was there before and car left with them is done so at owners risk etc!!
I’ll stick to getting a taxi next time to the airport!!!
Extremely disappointed with the service…
Extremely disappointed with the service provided by In2CarParks.
When I returned from my trip, I found that one of my car windows had been left open while parked in their facility — and it had rained inside. The back seat, floor mats, and personal items I left in the car were soaked. The car now smells strongly of mold and requires a professional interior cleaning.
When I showed the issue to the staff, they acted very indifferent — no apology, no explanation, just took some photos and shrugged. They said someone would contact me the next day. It’s been over a week and I’ve heard nothing back.
To make things worse, when I arrived, I was also charged an extra £5 on top of the parking fee, with no prior notice or mention of this charge anywhere during the booking process.
Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. No responsibility, no communication, hidden fees, and careless treatment of customers' property. I would definitely not recommend using this service.
Avoid
Avoid! Yes it’s cheap but the wait when you come out of the airport is ridiculous! Only one 8 seater van running people there and back, we waited 40 minutes in the airport at 3AM with children in the cold even when we phoned over an hour before whilst waiting inside for our luggage to come off the plane. We then had no choice but to pay for a private taxi as the wait was just too long!

Eventually parked and went to office to drop keys and was told there was a £5 fee to drop us at the airport which is not mentioned anywhere on their website when booking.
When I complained I was told to go and park elsewhere if I didn't accept it.
I would not recommend these people at all.
They have a terrible attitude to customers.

Called constantly as nothing came we had 6 of us 2 kids so had to park 2 cars for a week
After an hour the one bus came back to which a free for all rushed to get on and us being waiting the longest I asked the driver was there an order of arrival to which he said dunno just pick up whoever !!
My son and partner got in the 2 remaining spaces so we had to them wait another 20 / 30 mins for us and 2 kids and then a load of other people rushed to get on again everyone shouting they been waiting ages
Finally got back after an age and the guy on reception was ignorant and wasn’t bothered
I thought I saw my keys as my kids were awaiting at the car freezing and he said would you do that at home help yourself to which I replied not usually but as been waiting such a long time my kids were freezing
He then said you should have got a taxi !!!!!

What can i say
What can i say. Landed on sat night / sun morning. Rang them as I came outside. This is at 1:15am they had 2 minibuses that held 8 people. We stood for an hour and 15 mins trying to get on a bus. 4 flights had come in at once, after an hour my daughter had enough she stood in front of the bus and virtually held him up we put our cases on with another family and finally got to their place at 240am. Our car was absolutely covered in bird poo id never seen so much. The seats had been altered both driver and passenger side, understandable driver but why passenger. Then I remembered we had used them before when they had left circular scratches on both our cars which they refused to pay for. Please avoid these you will just be left scrambling for a place and your car damaged.

Have used many times/Never again
I have used In2 many times before and been reasonably happy with the Service.
However their charges appear to be increasing and they have some major problems on the customer service side of things :-
The customer is asked to call when they are coming out of the airport, there is then quite often a delay until the minibus arrives, when it does it is an absolute free for all - We've been left behind on the last 2 occasions we've used them and had to wait for a further 30 minutes of so - They need the drivers to say which customers can get on the Mini bus (in the order in which people called) otherwise it's just a free for all.
As for the dropoff charge of £5 they should just bake it into their charge so everyone knows where they stand and can compare the price against other companies.
Although I live a distance away (near Maghull) it's easier and simpler (and NOT much more expensive) to get a Taxi to the airport and order an Uber when returning (rather than waiting around for ages in the hope of winning the dash to the Minibus).
It's a shame, the first 4 times I used them I didn't have any issues - but now they seem to take the customer fore granted; which if they continue will damage their business.

The layout and convenience is good. What is AWFUL is the cost.....£6.60 / hour. Better get Merseyrail to Central Station or James Street and walk to Liverpool 1 / Pier Head / city centre.
