In4 made learning Cloud Concepts and navigating through AWS so much easier! The tutor was kind, patient and the team was very supportive. I would definitely recommend for anyone starting with Cloud!

I came into AWS re/Start from media, warehouse and community work — nothing technical. Twelve weeks later I’d deployed a working application on AWS and I’m now interviewing for cloud and data roles in Manchester.

The training is hands-on rather than slide-based. Building a VPC from scratch, setting up Route 53 failover, writing Lambda functions, Linux and SQL every week. The regular Knowledge Checks showed me the gap between what I’d read and what I could actually do.

What sets In4 apart is the employability side. CV and LinkedIn support, interview practice, and a graduation day with employers who had live vacancies — Capgemini, Naimuri, Roma Finance and Counter Partners among them. That day led directly to an interview for me, including a technical take-home I could only complete because of what I’d learned on the programme.

You still have to put the hours in. But if you do, this is a genuine route into cloud without a degree

Great course and a good overall experience

Going through the AWS re/Start program with the IN4.0 Group was a great experience. Both Sufian and Chantelle were very helpful and knowledgeable and the support the program gave me outside of the daily sessions was very valuable.

I had a really positive experience on the AWS re/Start programme with IN4 Group. The technical training was excellent and the trainer had a way of making even the more challenging topics interesting and easy to follow. They also encouraged us to push ourselves and gave us the confidence to explore areas like AI that I probably wouldn't have looked into otherwise.

What stood out most was the support. The programme lead was always available if we needed help, and even the CEO took the time to speak with us, offering advice on applications and helping connect us with recruiters. It's not often you see that level of involvement from senior leadership.

I came away with new technical skills, more confidence, and a much clearer idea of where I wanted to take my career. I'd definitely recommend the programme to anyone looking to get into tech.

I did the AWS re/Start programme through IN4 Group after finishing my MSc and looking to build technical skills alongside my HR background. The onboarding was really smooth — signing up was simple and the programme manager kept us updated the whole way through, from start dates to session formats.

Coming from a non-technical background, I won't pretend everything clicked straight away, but the teaching style made a big difference. Interactive, whiteboard-led sessions made it easy to ask questions, and revisiting the material in my own time meant things came together by the end of each week.

The structure was well thought out too — a proper 9-4:30 routine with breaks built in, well-organised course platforms, and a good mix of online and face-to-face sessions (though I'd have liked even more in-person time).

The best part for me was the project work, where I got to combine my HR background with new cloud skills. I've come out the other side with a much clearer direction, and I'm now working towards the AWS Cloud Practitioner certification as my next step.

Would recommend to anyone looking to build technical skills, especially if you're coming from a non-technical background like I was.

I highly recommend AWS Restart programme to any young person wanting to gain new skills and confidence. I referred a young person I was supporting who faced a number of social barriers, and the support they received was fantastic.

The team took the time to understand their circumstances, focusing on their strengths and abilities rather than the challenges they faced. The learning was adapted to meet their individual needs, making the programme accessible and inclusive.

Lovely people learned a lot about cloud computing and coding

The AWS re/Start course provided by IN4.0 Group was a great experience. The course was very well-structured, practical and genuinely useful for building real skills in cloud computing and AWS services. I found that it was a good balance between theory and hands-on labs, which made the material much more easier to understand.

The instructors, Sufian and Saniya, were excellent as well. They were knowledgeable and were always able to explain concepts in an understandable way. Their support made a real difference, especially for anyone new to the tech field.

Overall, I'd very much recommend this course to anyone looking to break into cloud computing or start a career in tech! Big thanks to the IN4.0 Group team, like Chantelle, Anna and Mo Isap, for putting together such a valuable program!

The course went beyond just AWS cloud services, it built a foundation of knowledge about IT and how to interface with computers. Sufian was also very good at teaching, and very knowledgeable about the course content. Lots of support was available throughout the course for topics we struggled with. All in all, a great course!

Ivo and Hannah made me aware of canva and helped me learn how to use ai assisted tools (google ai studio, canva ai ect.) to create digital content. All the visitors and tutors were very nice and made the course easy to understand. Easy recommendation for anyone interested.

I completed the course beginning of July and I honestly couldn't thank then enough. They taught me skills for a different career, helped me get out of my shell and they also taught me how to manage my time, the easy way to break down the brief, and most importantly how to work in a team.

The teaching on this course was well done, especially with the amount of content we had to get through. Ivo (The primary teacher of the course) was very friendly aand approachable and was happy to help if anyone ran into any problems.

The other learners on the course were engaged with the content and very friendly.

I was very interested in this course. The staff like Ivo and Hannah are very kind people and teach us great things. Things that we have never learnt before its been really amazing. I would reccomend this for pupils that are looking into working with computing and learning more about what AI is.

In4 group delivered the AI content creator program well. Ivaylo and his team presented all the relevant information and guided us when needed to help achieve our target, if it wasn't for the team me or my team wouldn't have been able to make our presentation.

The AI and Digital Marketing course that I attended was such an amazing experience. Working with experts such as Ivo and Hanah for the past 8 weeks have been amazing. Having the guest speakers come in and sharing they expertise and knowledge was just priceless and gaining the knowledge on how many steps go into promotion and the steps that need to be taken not just by the AI Tools but for us people as well to get it just how we want it and what makes certain social media posts standout from the rest and what people are looking for when it comes to promoting. I would definitely highly recommend this course to anyone who is interested in learning more about AI and marketing the skills you gain and how it can open doors for you anywhere.

My son was referred to complete a training program, he suffers really bad with anxiety and meeting/talking to people. A lovely lady called Chantelle got in contact with me regarding helping my son, and it has by far been the best thing for him. He is slowly coming out of his comfort zone, interacting with people and is thoroughly enjoying the course. Could not have asked for any more help or support as everything has been put in place for him, worked with us to discuss my son’s needs etc and everything has been followed through. Great communication, and the most helpful people. Chantelle is absolutely amazing.

I had the opportunity to work at IN4 Group, delivering Virtual Production and AI-focused filmmaking training to adult learners. Overall, my experience was positive, largely due to the supportive and friendly colleagues who consistently maintained a collaborative and professional attitude, even during challenging and high-pressure periods. The team spirit created an enjoyable working environment where I felt valued and encouraged in my role, allowing me to create a good learning experience for the cohort of learners.
While there were some minor issues relating to administrative processes, these were generally resolved within a reasonable timeframe and did not significantly detract from the overall experience, especially relating to the teaching experience. From my perspective, it's likely that full employment with IN4 Group offers greater stability and support than freelancing, making it an attractive option for those seeking a rewarding and engaging workplace within this innovative sector.
I would recommend, as with all employment, ensuring that contractual expectations and obligations are clearly established from the outset. That said, based on my overall experience, I would feel comfortable recommending IN4 Group to anyone considering a role in this field. Just ensure you communicate well with your team. Most importantly, the organisation is made up of well-intentioned people who genuinely strive to support and educate the learners they work with.

The company delivered a CompTech Adventure Day as part of its Mega Day programme. It was a fantastic day enjoyed by over 150 pupils. The day included a variety of hands-on technology activities, giving pupils the opportunity to design, build, test, and explore their creativity in exciting ways.
