Sherry Stevenson helped me navigate the InCorp website in order to dissolve my 15 year old company. I'm retiring from my business to have more time for family and fun. Sherry was amazingly helpful, patient and considerate walking me through all the required steps. I honestly didn’t know where to start when it came to setting up my business, but Incorp really made things simple. I believe in passing on goodness where its due so I would like to leave this brief review for incorp - I set up a florist over 15 years ago and I used Incorp services for my registered agent service, when I did this, I was 53 years old and I had no idea what to do or how to set things up, they took care of me from the very start. I'm 68 now and looking back at things, the only regret I had was that, I wish I did this business venture sooner - fear of the things we don't know how to do should not hold us back, in this very example, incorp services held my hand and did the things for me that I could not. - don't let things get in your way that you don't know how to do, you stick to the things you do know how to do well and outsource the rest. Cancelled with InCorp over 3 years ago via both email and phone and the non profit organization no longer exists. Despite doing NO work for the organization, they continue to bill and ignore cancellations. They have so many BBB complaints it takes awhile to read them all but, they ALL say the same thing, refusal to cancel and billing despite not doing anything.

If incorp.com didn't send me those important documents from the courts as quickly as they did, I would have been in a bad position! I can sinserely say that they can be trusted and I vouch for reliability also. godbless you.
