I paid €121.77 for a consultation with…
I paid €121.77 for a consultation with incorpro to get advice on qualifying for Ireland’s 12.5% corporate tax rate as a non-resident. Before booking, I specifically asked if I, as a resident of Belgium, could benefit from this rate. Instead of providing a straightforward answer, they insisted I book a paid consultation.
During the call, I was told there was no solution other than relocating to Ireland – something they could have clarified beforehand without charging me. The consultation provided no actionable advice and left me feeling misled and out of pocket.
I would not recommend this service if you’re looking for honest and upfront guidance.

Very good help for people who new in business
They helped me to create my new company withintwo weeks! Quick answers, clear instructions and a dashboard that helps to followup.
The professional service they provided during the company formation convinced me to sign up for their accounting service as well - still new user and as I understand they continously develop the accounting services, but the basic things are very convincing and for small companies nothing more is needed.
Anyway, they don't offer complex things, but if you don't know how to open company or simply don't want to lost in the administration of registrations then I can recommend them.

Tried contacting this company 4 ways about setting up a branch office: email to their 'info' mailbox, online chat, to an email address recommended by their online chat (cosec@), and even by contacting their CEO on LinkedIn, yet got no response at all.

Very quick with setting up the company…
Very quick with setting up the company and the paperwork. I like that they offer registered address and secretary services too. The only glitch I had was wanting to add a slight spelling change but they didn't want to redo the paperwork. Happy with the rest.

I could not set up my company if not from the help of incorpro.ie. They are super efficient and reliable. I would highly recommend this to all who want to start up a business.

Okay-ish but annoying
They were fine with registering my company, so I asked them to do my bookkepping and to invoice me for the year. For 4 months, I kept emailing them to start doing the bookkepping and to pay them for it. When I finally confronted them, they arrogantly said I never asked them this. When I showed them the emails of me requesting them to do the bookkeeping, they ghosted me... Weird.
Also for every question I had, including on how to use their own platform, I was told to book a 30-minute, 120€ consultation. I found somebody else.
