Amazing job from Incrementum to boost Amazon sales.

I’ve just got off of a call with Andu Mirt and just wanted to let you know how pleased I am! He is hands down the best PPC (and indeed Amazon) consultant that I have ever worked with! His attention to detail is amazing and he really goes above and beyond to help not just with the PPC but also the with the listings themselves! Confession time. I was a stalker.

My wife and I sell on Amazon. We have already been scammed by gurus. Before hiring Incrementum Digital I tracked down everything I could about the company and Liran Hirshkorn. Facebook. Clarity. YouTube. Startups. Podcasts. I spent hours researching this guy. We were not going to be ripped off again.

He seemed okay but I was still nervous when my wife hired him. Good news! Incrementum Digital is the real deal. There are respectful, honest, patient and creative. Our Amazon sales were amazing.

There are lots of scams out there but Incrementum Digital and Liram know what they are doing and they deliver!

The most expensive service of PPC management with the worse result. All they do is put you on one of the PPC software, spend your money on ads and that is it- without even caring about the results.
I talked to Liran, the owner, when I saw he showed in FB how he keeps 7% ACOS to his customers. I didn’t have the brand registry at the time and my target was to keep 20% ACOS to maximum 30%. I accepted the fact that at the beginning the ACOS will be higher than that, but I was promised with confidence that the ACOS can be kept low. We started at August 2020, my product was on AMZ for already more than a year and was showing up in the first page for many different search terms. I was already having a very good year and up to August I sold more than my total sales of 2019, and I was too busy on my other sales channels that I assumed that taking someone to manage it with enough time, before Q4 I will just have to prepare and make sure I have enough in stock.
Long story short, I hardly heard from them. They put you on a Slack and send you once a month report that you can basically look for yourself in AMZ. When I asked one time my account manager a question regarding some other issue, he straight away said that he was told to discuss only PPC, so don’t expect anything else. They just connect your account to one of the PPC software’s and maybe check it once in 2 weeks. How do I know that? Someone took over my listing and buybox, and I was struggling with that for like 10 days. Then, suddenly the account manager wrote me in the Slack that someone is on my listing, so obviously, for at least 10 days he didn’t even check my account.
Incrementum digital sent a survey one time to check your satisfaction with the service, and I answered honestly about how I’m not satisfied with them, and no one ever bothered to contact me. Even when I tried to contact Liran directly he seems the most careless and tried to throw it all on me. For example, he jumped to say that maybe I should check my photos, at that time his company start offering Listing Image, so basically he just tried to sell me another thing without caring about the results of the PPC service I’m already paying for.
I asked again & again in those 5 month to share with me the keywords they are targeting and the search terms, and tried to give them ideas from my top ranked keywords in the other channels, and since they took over the AMZ account every time I was trying different searches in AMZ I didn’t see my product in the results at all, not even as an Ad result, and for many keywords I went down to the 2nd page. I even lost the Amazon Choice I had for one of the variations.
My product is a crazy hit seller, my sales in all my other channels are always on the rise and I had a Q4 sales more than expected, and if so AMZ should be the #1 in the sales, with Incrementum digital my AMZ sales of Q4 were not even 20% of my other channels. Also my ACOS in AMZ was more in the 70-80% which mean you lose money.
Don’t do the mistake I did, thinking that if I take the most expensive PPC service, I will get a clean head and the best result. The case is not at all! You can find someone in Fiverr for $200 maximum a month that will take care of your account and PPC and all and won’t just show off in Social Media but in reality won’t even want to hear and accept the fact that he failed big time delivering result to his customers.
My 2020 Q4 of AMZ won’t come back, and the loss is big. Don’t do my mistake and don’t put your AMZ account in Incrementum digital’s hands.
The main thing I will add to Liran's comment on this review is that I didn't get any free month and I paid the full amount until 12/17 and told them to close on Dec 22nd after they kept charging me. On top of the $750 there is a time fee of $1000 which was paid in full as well.
Again, if you have a Best Seller and a successful product all over the online, retail & wholesale and only one channel is failed, than whoever managed this account for you failed himself and all the rest is just excuse.

Incrementum Digital have been running my Amazon Ads for a few months now and I can confidently say that it was the right business decision for my brand.

I was getting frustrated with the 2 products I launched previously as I was spending too much money on ads and I was never really properly ranked for many key words. Amazon ads is such a broad topic and I knew that I’d be leaving money on the table if I didn’t outsource this task to the experts.

I have heard mixed opinions as to whether you should outsource your PPC, especially at the start. I was considering other launch strategies for my 3rd product (I didn’t reorder the first 2) like rebates through ManyChat etc out couldn’t ignore the scalability potential on the Amazon platform itself.

I’ve been trying to become a ‘successful’ Amazon seller over the past 2 years but have become somewhat impatient. I knew that the business model worked but really needed help with ads as this is something I lacked knowledge in.

The results speak for themselves. Since we launched my 3rd product about 2 months ago I have been consistently making sales and steadily scaling up. For most of this time I have even been the ‘#1 new release’ in my subcategory.

I’m also extremely happy to say that I have now almost hit US$10k in revenue in the last 30 days with 1 SKU. Earlier this year I wrote this goal down and hoped to achieve it by 31 December 2020. If all goes to plan I should reach this goal with a few days to spare.

I couldn't be happier with Liran and the Incrementum Digital team service.
I used to struggle with handling my PPC campaigns and staying on top of them. I just never felt I had the time to devote to it that I felt I needed. Exactly 1 month later since Incrementum Digital has taken over my PPCs, the ACOS has gone down, the sales have climbed and the BSRs have improved dramatically. Plan to keep them as a part of my FBA journey. So I will have time to work on other things that I am good at.
