Worst online shop ever, bad customer service and low quality suits. They were supposed to refund me 100 euros. When i sent the suits back at my own expense (40euro) they said no its only going to be 75 euro return (i had paid 150 euro for the suits and wanted 100 back) eventually they never gave a single penny back. So I got badly scammed not only do they have the suits back but also my full 150 euro. Shame on you!

I wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase. I spent $60, waited patiently for a month, and then received a low-quality dress that doesn't fit well. The neckline is too small, and it falls like a kaftan instead of being the Anarkali dress I expected. Despite providing my height details, the dress I received was too short. Additionally, the customer service is poor, and there's no clear return policy. It's such a waste of money and time.

Ordered few sets for my mother. She loved each and every one of them. Was glad to receive the products at the time promised, and at a great price.

One of the items needed a size adjustment, and I was impressed by the responsiveness and attentiveness of their customer service in resolving the issue promptly. Overall, it was a solid experience, and I'm definitely planning on returning for future purchases

Purchased a custom size legendary for a wedding n it was delivered right on time n fit was just too good. Would definitely recommend their indian outfits.

Fraud
Don't order from this company. Sent out wrong item nothing like description, stitching was awful in item they sent out, cost me £27 to return this item back to them. First they were apologising and offered full refund. Its been 2 weeks since item sent back still no refund. Had to open a case with PayPal. Now they refusing to talk and being rude on text.

Completely unprofessional service. The size they mention on website is not true to what it should be. Waited for more than a month on pretext that they will rectify the size issue, and after a month waiting sent the exact same piece back. Highly unprofessional, substandard service. Product quality is below average. Will never recommend anyone to use Inndus clothing for anything. It has been complete waste of time, and money. I got nothing but stress after dealing with them.

Ordered a kurti on 31.05.22.Even after waiting for more than a month my order was still not delivered.
On 29.06.22 I sent an mail regarding whereabouts of my order and why it is still undelivered even after a month.
They replied me telling they were unable to find fabric to make my kurti so they are cancelling my order.
Shouldn't they inform me earlier that they are not able to arrange fabric?Why did they wait untill I started enquiring about my order?
So so very unprofessional on their part.
If they couldn't find the fabric they should have informed me themselves earlier.It took them around a month to come up with this reason that too when I approached them.
My order was prepaid so I asked about my refund on 30.06.22.
They told that they will refund entire amount and they refunded.
Very unprofessional and on their part to keep customers in dark like this.
Highly disappointing.

Previously I have ordered some clothes from them, it was not bad apart from bad quality but for my recent order they they screwed up completely because they think they have gained my trust, my suit was not stitched properly, it was nothing like what the model wore in the picture. When I contacted them and sent my picture how it looked like they didn't not agree with me. They offered me a return but on my cost, how convenient for them. So people stay away from these scamers. Never ever ordering anything from them in future

I did not have a good experience ordering from this site. The website says you can cancel within 24 hours of placing it but when I tried canceling it within 10 hours it did not go through . They reply really slow and the customer service is horrible. I received my item the item itself was not bad but the hassle I had to go through ordering from this site is horrible. I never received any confirmation email nor any order ID. I had to claim using my PayPal account to receive my shipping details when I tried cancelling it. I would never recommend anyone to order from this site. It’s too much of hassle and the customer service is poor .. they never reply on time.

Ordered items in October and didn’t hear updates for weeks. No response from customer support. Asked for refund, no response. Website is a scam. Stay away!!!

Waste of money. Please do not order from this website. Myntra is the best or please purchase offline. Inddus.com is the worst site for shopping. They don't accept your return requests.

Worst Quality of the product. Bad customer service. They take months to deliver the product and delivered bad quality dress and didn't accept request to return. Customer service won't reply to your emails/calls

Worst Customer Support. I had mailed twice to know my order status but no response. Even the customer care number they had provided, always remains switch off. What kind of service is this? I need the delivery by 26th Nov, 2021 and placed it on 11/11/2021 and still no update. Now I'm feeling insure if my 10000/- has been wasted!
