I ordered georgette navy blue designer lehenga and net beige party wear lehenga style . They were well packed and arrived in perfect condition. They arrived quickly. The product quality was really good. It’s perfect fitting. I loved it.

Ordered a dress from this site for a party on the 17th October. I received an email to say my transaction was successful obviously because they took my money but i still have not received the item and i have not had any response back from my emails or phone calls requesting for help with this.
Do not order from this site.

Shopped recently for ganesh festival and loved my purchase with them. Timely delivery and great quality.

Not Impressed at all. I placed my order however they where unable to make the requested suit. Emailed back saying that they weren’t able to make it however no mention of a refund at all. I have emailed twice and attempted via the chat option! No response what so ever. This isn’t the right way to treat a customer who has paid. Not very good customer service

Absolutely loved the lehenga. I was skeptic about getting it stitched by placing an order online but it turned out to be a perfect fit.
It was delivered before time and I really appreciate that.

Personally I never like the idea of down voting anyone, but I ordered from Inddus on the 26/7/2019 and I am still waiting a response from the company on when I am to expect my order to be shipped! The least they can do it respond to their paying customers!

Had troubles with delivery time and responses from support. Item arrived later than advertised and was difficult to get anyone to get back to me with answers. Item of average quality, specifically the bottom of the gown needs extra tailoring.

Excellent services. Kept their promise within the time frame. I got my product on time. Beautiful dress quality !! Perfect size and awesome customer services!! I will recommend everyone to buy dresses from them!!

I really loved all my suits it was same as in the pictures. I highly recommend and delivery was on time through DHL it was delivered on Sunday i was surprised it was supposed to be delivered on 3rd July but i got in on 30 June. Worldwide Free shipping is great.

Shopped for myself and received amazing clothing and service. Loved the experience of shopping with them.

Hi, i ordered previously and got my item. when i reordered a new set, i have yet to get an update and still listed as processing after 3 weeks. i just need an update on my order.

My order status hasn’t changed in 3 weeks. It still says ‘processing’ despite receiving an email to say I’d receive my order by ‘this week”. The wedding is now this week and I don’t have my order. I’d like a refund immediately and a response to one of my 5 emails. Order # 100004590

If I could give ZERO or MINUS I would have given.

First time I bought from them and it is also the last time.

I am so angry and disappointed by this company and I would not recommend at all.

I bought two suits and I was promised I would get them before Eid but I got them 3 days after Eid and had to go in the shops on Eid day to get an outfit as the order never came and that was not in the budget.

Customer service is very very very very poor and when I finally got hold of someone, they said they’ll speak to their manager and they would get back to me but NEVER did!!!

When I received the order, the dresses looked so cheap nothing like the picture.

I have been deceived!!

This company is very bad and deceitful.

They should be stopped from operating as they use fake pictures and trick people into spending a fortune to only receive some crap!

Great , Inddus replies to my post straight away on Trust pilot but never replies to my emails or chat messages privately!! So clearly they were just IGNORING me when I complained directly to them.

I purchased clothing over a month ago and they haven't delivered my parcel. I've email them so many times and even called them but no one responded! I tried to contact paytabs as well because that's where the transaction took place and I only get a copy and pasted response repeated to me. I'm very angry because they said it would be delivered by Eid and it wasn't so I had to look for alternatives. I would give 0 stars if I could because they took my money but didn't deliver the goods- extremely unprofessional! I'm fully convinced these other reviews are fake.

Extremely poor. Do not but from this seller. Poor quality clothes and nothing like the images shown on the website. Seller does not respond back if you want to discuss refund or your customer rights. Very disappointed at the poor customer service and quality of clothes.

Fast service and very good product. Customer service was very good as well. I love my suit and it was delivered on time. I just ordered another suit for my mom and i hope it will be here on time as well. Overall great experience. 5 stars definitely

Given that it is the first time i was buying from Inddus, i was very impressed by the quality of the product as well as the service. It was similar to what was shown and the shipping was quite quick. Overall, i’m very satisfied with my product. I would highly recommend it!!
