I have ordered 6 jerseys from them, some paid online on the time of booking, some on cash on delivery. Every time my experience was good and I recieved every jersey as it was shown in the picture, just once I recieved a wrong number printed behind the back of one jersey I ordered from them, quality was good just this mistake had my trust go down to 4 stars, otherwise i would have given them 5 stars. I including my friends have ordered jerseys from them from Delhi ncr and we all recieved our delivery on time, it usually takes one week to 2 weeks time depending upon your order, if you order print jerseys they first send it to the printing service so it takes more time, normal jerseys gets delivered fast.

They rarely respond to messages, they have mentioned three channels of customer service namely whatsapp, insta and gmail but i checked there is no insta account(shopindiansoccermart)
I ordered the product on 19 july and it was finally dispatched on 5 aug and i said i needed an exchange they told me to parcel the product from my end and when it reaches them they will send an appropriate one(they don't even have any exchange automation service like amazon or other trusted sites). Now the parcel has already reached their location and they haven't collected the thing because i don't why, the office is closed as the delivery guy told me. They gave me a name and a number for the recipient who i was unable to reach every time. Obviously the customer service too won't respond.
The quality of the products is good but there is no surety when or if it will reach you. Thats why i opt for cod payment but as you can see i still got trapped because of their inefficiency. The prices are also too high, especially for their lousy service. However good the quality maybe but I don't recommend ruining your peace, time and money for such third class sites.
Now this is another week later, they have already received their jersey and they were supposed to send another jersey back within a few days. Again they aren't responding and now i cant tell if i ever will get it and i have already paid for it. I placed the order more than a month ago and i am still here without my product

got a wrong size ...and when msged them, no response and dont buy from them very cheap quality cloth

Ordered them like Aug 1st today is August 8th I asked them when they deliver they said 6 days it's been 8 days they haven’t responded yet

A extremely pathetic pathetic site, no reply on emails or on WhatsApp, absolutely no communication, bought a france jersey on 11th July and no replies no refunds nothing. Payment had been made online. A scam website. Please avoid this site.

They delivered the wrong item and haven't responded to any of my emails. Their customer care number doesn't work, and I haven't received a reply to my WhatsApp messages either. Absolutely pathetic service.

I have ordered from Indiansoccermart twice.Both times online payment was made. Once the jersey arrived but it was the wrong one. Second time, the order never came, since March 20th 2026, and online payment has been made.

although i cancelled my order on the doorstep, they did manage to deliver it in 3days. COD is safe and reliable

They are a scam. I brought an Argentina jersey from them. They sent wrong size and didn’t even respond to either mails or messages on what’s app

Ordered 4 Retro Jersey. Quality was top notch just like originals. I compared to few of my original retro jerseys.
They ship from mumbai and the order was delivered to me in 8 days to assam.

I ordered spain away jersey from indian soccer mart. The jersey got delivered in time also quality was top notch.

Jersey had missing logos and I wanted an exchange but there's no response from the site...Been chasing them over mail

Ordered a football shirt. Never shipped so raised a fraud dispute with my bank who thankfully refunded me. Do not buy from these people. They are a scam!

They took the payment but haven’t delivered the package even after almost a month. There’s no contact number provided on their website, and the email address listed isn’t working either.

Ordered t shirts 10 days back still no delivery and no reply to emails

Recently ordered Barcelona Designer Sleeveless Training set.
But they sent wrong items.
Not sure if this was done intentionally.
I wrote to them via the email provided in their website, and their instagram handles but no reply.

Not recommended. Try another website.
