Great product and swift delivery

Simple, efficient service from ordering to delivery. The stunning chest was delivered quickly which is rare for larger items of furniture. I had been searching for something to use as a coffee table for months and only found Indigo after an ad popped up on social media. There are many beautiful antique pieces.

Great customer service. Staff were happy to answer any questions we had and were very accommodating with our delivery date. The item was delivered safely.

Delivery on time and our items arrived safely.

Lovely browsing (which turned into shopping..) experience - great showroom and warehouse with so many interesting things, and lovely service from the people there

My favourite company ever. I’m addict. The usual high quality items and service that I have grown to appreciate. I have a beautiful home thanks to indigo

Very pleased with my purchase it’s beautiful and it was delivered quickly and efficiently.

Great international unusual antiques, great service..Shame I've not got thousands to spend I'd buy so much of their beautiful things..they source very unique and lovely things.

Efficient and friendly service. And thrilled with the product - thank you.

Stunning unique products, excellent customer care and fast efficient delivery service.

I received excellent service from Indigo Antiques! Both with communications and delivery. The Japanese style snow lantern is a beautiful ornament! I did notice a hairline crack running through one section. Hopefully frost won't make it any worse. Still a excellent buying experience!

Friendly , knowledgeable staff

The beautiful layout and contents of the premises.
So easy on the senses.
Match with a friendly welcome and general willingness to help.

Very welcoming staff, I was looking for a piece I had seen on the website, very helpful to assist and find it in the warehouse. Very pleased that they remembered me for a purchase in 2023

I bought an antique Tibetan trunk and an antique Chinese cabinet at the beginning of the year. Tom was incredibly helpful in showing me around the warehouse and as I could not come to visit in person, he showed me via video call. I ended up buying a different cabinet to the one I had originally chosen online and I am so very, very glad that I did. The cabinet is simply stunning - I look at it, and use it, every day and delight at its changing colours depending on the light and admire the intricacies of its paintings. The same with the Tibetan trunk - every time I look at it and touch it I feel blessed and honoured that it has made its way into my house on its journey through history. Both pieces have been restored and preserved so carefully and skilfully, bringing to life and enhancing their beauty. I treasure both pieces immensely and am so grateful to Tom and everyone at Indigo Antiques for their help, knowledge and skill. I will certainly return.

As usual, excellent customer service from all at Indigo.
