Excellent service
Firstly, visited the shop by chance, both the ladies in the shop were very helpful. Ordered the items, as we were moving house, they offered to hold the items until it suited us when they delivered, which was very helpful. Delivery was very prompt, informative with tracking and phone call. Jim and his mate were excellent delivering and putting the items together.

Great experience from start to finish
We experienced great service in the shop choosing our new suite, the staff were so patient, knowledgeable and there was no pressure selling which was greatly appreciated! Our delivery came today with just the two best delivery guys 😊 they were really helpful and organised, they are a credit to your company - thank you 😊

From selecting the sofas in store to delivery today we have found Indigo exceptional . Staff in-store were very helpful and patient but not pushy and we were able to choose sofas we did not think would fit through our doorways with their advice and a pre visit from the delivery team to check before ordering who are just the nicest two guys .
They delivered our sofas today and were very experienced , pleasant , and informative and nothing was too much trouble and they took a lot of care . They are an asset to Indigo .
We will certainly shop here again as we had an enjoyable experience from start to finish and our sofas look perfect. Thank you .

Can't recommend Indigo enough
Can't recommend Indigo enough, lovely staff, amazing quality products and unbeatable service.
We ordered our Felix sofa in the Easter weekend sale (10% off!) And 9 weeks later it has arrived and exceeds ever expectation we had!
The staff were so helpful and gave tons of advice when it came to picking the style and material of the sofa. We got courtesy calls with updates and to arrange delivery, the delivery guys were so lovely and so so helpful, they even left cardboard under the feet so it didn't mark the floor!
Brilliant service from start to finish and the stunning sofa speaks for it's self!
(We ordered an extra poof for the U-shape sofa effect, would highly recommend if you have the space!)

Cannot fault the experience from…
Cannot fault the experience from visiting the showroom to delivery. The showroom staff were not pushy and gave us excellent advice when we explained our situation. Delivery was exceptional, we were kept informed at every stage and the delivery/assembly guys were so friendly and helpful.
The furniture appears to be of excellent quality and we will definitely be back.
