Simon and the team have been fantastic. Any questions or issues i have had have been dealt with quickly and professionally. I liked the way thay did the viewings and just how the company is run. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling there house.

Friendly and Reassuring
After an extremely positive experience with Simon who listed our property and secured our sale, we were then left in the very capable hands of Katie who progressed the sale.
Katie kept in touch throughout, explaining solicitors requests and chasing 3rd parties where necessary to ensure deadlines were met and our completion date didn't get moved.
An all round positive experience.

Excellent service. Mark and the team are very professional and friendly. We have used many estate agents in the past and Indlu have been the best by far. We wouldn't ever consider using anyone else to sell our house. If you are looking for a quick stress free house sale then this is the company to use.

As a potential purchaser
As a potential purchaser, I was impressed with the polite, efficient service I received, I felt like they wanted to try and accommodate our requirements, and worked to get us a prompt viewing slot. They also rang back when they said they would. (It irritates me when people don't!). My experience overall was one of great customer service.

We understand that a lower standard of customer service is one of the traditional problems within estate agency, and as such maintaining a high standard of customer service is key to our offering throughout the process.
With regards to the viewing slots, we will always accommodate our clients where possible. We're open from 8:00am - 8:00pm seven days a week, and we understand that many people find viewing appointments can be made difficult by issues such as school opening times and working hours. From out perspective, it makes sense to work around these hours, and give people every chance to view a property where possible.

We cannot have asked for more in terms of service from Simon and Mark in the process of selling our property.
We found Simon professional and knowledgeable of the current field of buying and selling properties. He was friendly but most of important he was genuine and invested in our needs.
We would recommend Indlu to friends and family as they made a usual stressful experience an efficient and speedy process.
Finally, although Idlu are new to the area, they definitely have a wide and varied experience across Greater Manchester which they implemented in all areas of the service they provided; they sold our house in two days!

The team at Indlu are a pleasure to deal with when it came to selling my house, they are hardworking and non stop working!
