I placed an order on the INDUSTRY BUYING INDIA website for a Shakti Technology 220V Micro Force-R 2.5 HP high-pressure washer on 7th October and made a pre-payment of ₹15,979.00 using my credit card. The expected delivery date was 24th October 2024. However, as of today (23rd October 2024), I have not received the item, despite 16 days having passed since the order.
I have repeatedly emailed their customer care and called the phone numbers provided on their website, but the customer service representatives have been extremely unhelpful and rude in their communication. Instead of providing me with an update on the status of my order, I had to reach out again today, and I was informed that the product is unavailable and that delivery will take an additional month.
This has been my worst experience with any online shopping website. I am writing this review to warn others who may consider purchasing from this website—please think carefully before placing an order, as my experience suggests that this company engages in deceptive practices. Many other reviews indicate that even after order cancellations, refunds are not processed. They have not provided a refund for my order, nor have they updated the order status. The customer care executives have been misleading and unprofessional.
I strongly advise against trusting IndustryBuying.com. I would also like to inform the company to be prepared for potential legal action.

The idea is great, but the execution is terrible, with a poorly functioning team and inexperienced leadership. Almost every order encounters an issue. The team doesn’t provide updates, and even after contacting them, you’ll be told for 5-6 days, "I'll get back to you," but they never do. When it comes to changing an address or GST number, they claim their process doesn't allow it, yet they lack any accountability or proper procedures themselves.
Edited on 26 Oct: Almost a month, order is still in confirmed status. That shows the seriousness even after creating the multiple complaints etc

I placed an order for Ahuja BTA-880 50 W PA Speakers on 19th September and Delivery Date was 21st September 2024. I had program on Sunday 22nd September for which I required the PA Speaker System. But the Item has not been delivered on 21st September. Upon multiple call, I still do not know the status of delivery. I asked to cancel the order and refund me as they are already delayed the delivery and after reading so many negative reviews against IndustryBuying.com I decided to cancel the order. Now, they are not providing the refund. Not updating status on the Order Tracking. Customer Care Executives are misguiding and very rude. Never ever trust and place order on IndustryBuying.com. I just want to inform them, be prepared for legal proceedings.

This company delivered a broken and completely unserviceable product to me for which I paid Rs 4899.
They sent a broken product either without checking it or possibly intentionally knowing fully well that its broken- only they know the answer!
Being a busy Doctor, there was a delay on my part to identify the problem and report it which was well beyond their mandated 48 hour.
They have hence refused to replace it citing their policy not to replace broken or defective items if there is delay in reporting it.
It doesnt appear to bother them that this is due to their own mistake. I have sent them photos from which it is clear that the item was broken beyond repair and it was nowhere related to usage.
Further they have the audacity call it 'inconvenience' when I have suffered a loss of nearly 4900 rupees in addition to peace of mind.
I regret ordering the product with IndustryBuying,com which appears to me as an unscrupulous organization If I had ordered with Amazon instead, and a similar situation had occurred, from my past experience I have no doubt they would have immediately replaced it with an apology note.

Very worst delivery time on this Industrybuying platform and customer care response is also too careless. This is not a right platform to purchase any items based on customer requirement.

Order booked and confirmed on 16 aug 2024. As on 28 aug 2024 not dispatched yet. If not having capability to handle order on e commerce platform, get your business shut.

I ordered a door lock from Industry Buy. The delivery time given to me was 15 days and even after repeated reminder, emails, they did not deliver the items and had to cancel it after 30 days. Customer Service executive are clueless and stand reply is "there is no update available". They don't reply emails. I don't know if I ever get the money back. Its a fraud company. They use your money without interest

i placed an order on 23 July for 5th Aug delivery. Even on 26th Aug, it was not dispatched despite 4 calls during the time where I was promised everytime it will be dispatched in 24-48 hours. WHen I called customercare today, I was told 24-48 hours is ticket TAT and not dispatch timeline. Agent was superrude and cancelled my order without confirming with me. WOrst team ever!!!

they showcase products on the website which they cannot deliver, they accept orders , receive money, use money and cancel after some time, this happened twice. this is a fraud company. shameless business practice by the founders

Cheating company. Purchased product of bore well motor for 19000 but on local shop it's 12680/- including gst. Complete cheating and stay away from these cheaters.
Your return policy is a joke. Not an Amazon, because it's online. So beware

order a product b2b with industrialbuying.com, they didnot delivered the product now they are making me run for the refund and no update yet on the same. Im soon lodging a complain with cyber cell against them

I bought a product in November 2023. And as expected from industry buying, it is a defect product. They said they will replace the product and took it back in Feb 2024 and till date (July), even after multiple follow-ups i did not get the product. Every time its 2 days or 5 days. My friends also had a similar experience. They give some percent of discounts and entice you, but the product will be defective with no refund or replacement.

Did not imagine that an indian e-commerce company is cheating people mostly farmers and the government is not doing anything about it, after so many bad reviews. The owner of the company should be ashamed of himself\herself for cheating farmers of India and should be put behind bars.
