This company have been spamming us with emails and form submissions. I have now reported them to UK ICO. Do not use them.

I am another one that has been taken advantage of. I will be reporting the company. Just very disrespectful and trifling and Scam!

Although! I reached to them couple of times in different ways. They haven't answered to my return wish. The product is worth 80 pounds, and I cannot get a refund. they don't respond to the mails.!!

Don't trust this company, Fake company, Stay away from this company.!!

We have been using this digitizing company for several years, but unfortunately the quality and service have declined so badly that we can no longer recommend them. They do not listen to instructions, and the constant back-and-forth on designs has become frustrating, time-consuming, and exhausting.

One of our most recent projects was a complete disaster. We ordered 75 patches and were only able to use fewer than 10 of them. The patches were hand cut into circles and looked like something a kindergartener would make...absolutely unacceptable for a paid service.

On another project for custom Sublimated Shirts, the shirts ran VERY SMALL...so the Large Sizes were more like US SMALLS...the Client couldn't use half of the order because this was for a Professional Indoor Soccer Team in our Area...total disaster as well.

I can go on and on...but will leave it here.

This level of work is not only disappointing, it reflects a lack of care and professionalism. We will not be using them again, and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for digitizing and patch projects.

April 19, 2022: Sends unwanted spam emails after being told over the phone that our company does not outsource these services. Does not follow national do not call list rules. Will not stop contacting us even though we have asked them. Obvoiusly, does not care about the Laws, Regulations, or Rules of doing business in the country they are attempting to do business in and can not follow simple requests.

Aug 19, 2022: Just received another spam email from this company. They actually sent it through our customer contact portal on our website. We have reported them to both the website host and @Gmail now for Spam and Harassment.

Sept 23, 2022: Received yet another spam email. We have contacted Gmail and asked they ban the originating IP address for continued spam.

Dec 1, 2022: Received yet another message through our website which spacifically states not to send advertisements or spam. Again, the email used is being reported to Gmail.
