Swift response to my phone call about diminished storage capacity on my laptop. Problem rapidly identified using a storage analysis app. Issue was multiple Google Chrome downloads over four years. Rapidly sorted by deleting all bar latest four - freeing up 105 GB of storage. Great work.

Slow, inadequate response
Took 18 days from raising a ticket to them ordering a new laptop, for a clearly faulty laptop. I had to chase 3 times during that time, with a laptop that kept shutting down over 20 times a day.
