Bad experience
I contacted inflowpay and the initial experience was ok, a team member reached out, and helped get me setup. Then it came to signing the contract; a contract that they had sent me was half incomplete referencing lines from documents I couldn't see ("refer to line 13 of X document" - but no connection to this document written). I asked to have the contract in full, in one document, so that from a legal standpoint I know what I'm signing, completely fair, right? I've built several software companies, never had an issue like this before. So they tell me a week, a week goes by and now its 2 weeks, a month goes by and 1 more week until their "lawyer" drafts the proper contract. Still to this day, no updated contract. I imagine they have all their customers signing incomplete contracts, in which the customer has no clue what they're agreeing to. That said, communication was always fast, but no addressal of the time it taken, no solution, just "wait one more week". I like the idea though, but bad execution.
