I decided to purchase an Instagram celebrity campaign and paid $895. The campaign was advertised as bringing 10,000–15,000 new followers through two influencers based in Los Angeles.

After almost two weeks of delay, the campaign finally started. Right before the posting went live, I received an email offering a “last minute deal” for $199 for essentially the same campaign I had originally paid $895 for. That alone already made me very skeptical.

The biggest issue, however, is the followers. In my experience, these appear to be mostly fake followers that anyone could buy online for just a few dollars. I checked the influencers’ posts and noticed that none of the people commenting there actually followed me. Most of the followers coming to my profile were from countries like Madagascar and Ukraine, even though the influencers are supposedly based in Los Angeles.

I also could not find a single new follower who actually follows any of the three “influencers.” Looking at the giveaway comments showed the same pattern: none of the participants commenting on the giveaway seemed to follow my profile either.

On top of that, there was basically no increase in story views or real engagement. At the time of writing this review, the campaign has been running for about 4 hours and I have received almost 1,500 obviously fake followers — nothing more.

In my opinion, this feels like a complete scam, and I would strongly advise others to be very careful before spending money on these campaigns.

This service is a scam. They take your money and “promise” you a certain amount of growth. They then under deliver by 50% of their promise and tell you to simply “sign up for another campaign” to fix THEIR lack of ability to do their one and only job? A company like this can only function on trust and results, and they successfully deliver neither of those to you, but charge you an arm and a leg while pretending like they’re the greatest company in the world doing this. There’s far cheaper, better, more long term companies out there doing the same thing this company SAYS they’re doing, despite my results directly contradicting their claims of what they say they can and WILL do. Especially after the organic loss of the already embarrassingly low growth that they get for you, you’ve paid an absurd amount of money for 1% growth. Never use this service. The fact that their “trustpilot” imbed on their website doesn’t even reflect their TRUE rating from the trustpilot website shows you how much of a scam they are.

I found the company really easy to do business with. Explained the advantages of the campaign and how this can help to grow my business. Always on hand to answer any questions or concerns. Will definitely work with them again in the future.

I am not sure why but this company filled me up with a bunch of fake followers. Granted a few might have been real the majority were not real. This has totally messed up my IG page and now I will have to make a new one. I would have preferred they did not do this.
