Ordered Laguiole butter knife, very little correspondence re purchase, Royal Mail tried to deliver twice because it needed signed for, low and behold opened package, cheese knife to go with the other 3 I’ve got.
Go on their web site no way of finding order to complain about it.
Poor service.

Fantastic porcelain express cups that sit neatly in their saucers. Used next day delivery and indeed it did arrive the next day - not always the case with other carriers. Makes a great present. Will buy again!

I had been searching for a soufflé dish for some time. There was a choice of 3 sizes. I chose the size to suit and it arrived very promptly. It is exactly what I wanted and I am looking forward to using it.

Good, capacious teapot and mug in traditional style, Slightly disappointed that the teapot spout dribbles somewhat, separately from the tea being poured from it.
It looks good though, in our old-fashioned kitchen.

The item has not arrived!!!!!
However, it has now - Royal Mail as usual the main cause of the delay!!
I have been most impressed with the company's customer service and in particular with Richard and his attention to detail and his insistent to help. My item was only a small, inexpensive kitchen utensil but that didn't stop him providing an excellent Service - I'd recommend the company on this basis.
