Great if you don’t need help
While the product is good their shipping and customer service are subpar at best. They put all the responsibility on the customer. Even when the tracking is out for delivery in a city on the other side of your state….. it’s on you the consumer. They cannot be bothered. Shame.
Edit after their response. - Perfect tone deaf response here, exactly what I’ve been experiencing. There was no complaint about the timing. Didn’t mention timing at all. Had you looked at the picture I sent you’d see it was “out for delivery” in Memphis. I don’t live in Memphis, I live in Nashville. About 200 miles away. Today the update says delivered and all traces of Memphis are gone from the tracking, and I still didn’t receive it. But I’m screwed, because they won’t lift a finger to help. As you can see by their own response.

You placed your order on Friday July 1st @10:01pm, we are closed on weekends, and Monday happened to be the 4th of July, we shipped your oder on July 5th and you got your Package on the morning of July 8th- 9:31am to be precise.
As far as we are concerned we did our part RIGHT, the shipping you choose says literally 2-4 days shipping, so what are we missing here when you got your package within 3 days of shipping? We do appreciate your business but we are also human and we wanted to express ourselves and let you know these is how it all went down. So if you feel like we deserve a 1 star rating then it’s totally up to you but we did do our part as best as we can.
Edit: Is says on the image that you have sent that the package is DELAYED in Memphis, but if you look at the bottom part the final destination is going to Nashville which is correct. The latest tracking info says it was delivered to Nashville and if you did not received it we will help you obtain a POF (proof of delivery) and we will go from there. Please check your email for details.

Third time I've gotten these gummies. They taste just like Trolli's which is my favorite gummy. Price is also some of the best out there. Matched with the quality and you'll have a customer as long as you sell them.

Nothing was wrong with the service
Nothing was wrong with the service, in fact got delivered early, only thing was that the gummies aren't strong. I'm new to edibles/herb and have a low tolerance and tbh i wasn't really pleased. Very, very mild body relaxation. Honesty, ive had better in the delta8 gummy market.
