Nice to receive parcel. Delivery time longer than I expected? Happy otherwise.

It took over two weeks for my order to arrive. I lost money because of it as I could not print off my return labels. The promise was to be delivered before 5 days.

I ordered Ink on 1 December 2025,due to too many delays I canceled order on 12th December as I still had not received ink, I can not comment on ink or chips as I refused delivery of ink on 15th December when it finally arrived, what really annoyed me is 1/ Ink.ie ran out of ink due to black friday said nothing till I contacted Ink.ie, 2/Ink.ie sent my ink to the Netherlands and did not send new ink order directly to me and re route original order back to Ink.ie instead I had to Waite for ink to be rerouted to me from Netherlands in my option a bad way to do business and I was a new customer, to be fair to Ink.ie I have no complaints with customer support very helpful and did refund my money but far to long to receive ink

This company is absolutely disgusting.

I have been dealing with them for over two months regarding bad-quality ink products. They admitted there was a problem and promised a refund multiple times, yet nothing has been refunded. Instead, they keep telling me to “be patient”
Their customer service is extremely unresponsive, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. Making repeated refund promises and then failing to follow through feels deceptive and scam-like.
