Absolutely terrible, just read the reviews, they’re ALL factually correct with my current experience of this shambolic set up! If there’s any communication at all it’s to pacify you for a period and the details of delivery and tracking are soon proved to be completely false.
Avoid them big style!….im now in the process of chasing my money back.

How this company is still in operation is beyond me. Their customer service is non existent. I have been waiting over a month with no communication for my refund. Proof of delivery/tracking has been sent but still no reply. They owe me £700. Avoid this company like the plague.
Not arrived
When ordering seat covers they were supposed to be in stock with a 3-5 day delivery
After 2weeks I tried to call but now you can only email the company I emailed saying I would like a refund, when they decided to answer they said the covers would be delivered that week, they weren’t, after loads of emails they were going to give me a refund.
A week later a got a email from DHL saying my parcel would be delivered on a date when I was on holiday.
When I got back dhl could not find my parcel.
I have emailed for a refund
If I were you I would stay clear of this company

Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!!!! They seem to have another company Auto kit which have replied to my constant emails. I wouldn't give them 1star!!!!!
Ordered van seat covers back in January and still haven't got them (10/4/26) False tracking and constant lies. My credit card company will now be on their case to get my money back. These companies need to be taken down, my next step is to contact watch dog to see what they can find out about them. Don't use them!!!!!!
Terrible communication
Failure to stick to their own deadlines, waited nearly 4 months after payment and despite multiple requests to cancel, covers eventually arrived.
Repeatedly provided wrong information on status, and ultimately received fake tracking numbers so receiving something eventually was a surprise.
No fitting instructions so had trial and error to work out which chair was which, and front covers regularly slide off as no way to fit properly.
A reasonable product badly let down by the communications. If you want covers for the winter order now!

Waited over 2 months and I’m not prepared to wait any longer. I won’t be waisting my time trying to get a refund off them either. Instead I’ll just request a back charge from the bank which everyone else has the right to do if no goods have been received!! If within 180 days of purchase.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had to wait 5 weeks for my seat covers. Very disappointing, very little update given just blaming staff shortages. Terrible customer service and unfortunately haven’t heard any better from two others I know who also purchased from them

Ordered seat covers and floor mat on the 21st Jan, still not received. Requested refund to be told order has been dispatched on 15th feb and received tracking number. Now 7 days on and dhl say they have not received anything from the supplier to deliver yet. Obviously a delay tactic. 3-5 days delivery my arse. Will be requesting refund through the bank this week.

Items not received after 30 days , items were in stock with 3-5 day despatch.
Ordered 12th Dec with the suggested delivery before Christmas, 3-5 day despatch and item in stock. Many emails later as you cannot ring them, they have agreed a refund (30.01.26) but are deducting carriage, for an order we did not receive. Terrible customer service.

Poor delivery time but worth it
Finally received my covers and mats after 8 wks of back and forth emails.would say the excuse they tell you about why the delivery is taking so long is very bad from a company and don't think u will get your order in the time it says on there website site because it won't happen . Like I said i received mine today after 8 wks and the last 2 wks of demanding a refund thinking I've been scammed. I fitted them today and will say the wait was worth it as the quality and fit are very good would say exception and made to a very standard and I love them and change my interior big time. Can understand all the negative reviews on here but they will turn up and there not scammers just a long wait which is worth it in the end. I gave them a 3 because the the long delivery time and excuses they give but the covers are a 10/10. If your ordering from them it will be a long wait but your be over the moon when u receive the and fit them

The lies are repeat taking hard working peoples money if they told the truth on the Eta i wouldnt mind but im still waiting and getting the same old email.
