Customer service was great! Fulfillment time was good and I would definitely shop again!

I had a fantastic experience with InkAddict! I ordered three shirts and they were upfront that one of them was delayed. I reached out to ask if I could switch to a different color so my order wouldn’t be held up. Instead of just swapping the color, they went above and beyond. They sent me the original shirt I ordered once it became available, the black version I requested and even included a black hoodie at no extra charge.

Their customer service was incredibly friendly and responsive, and the quality of the clothing is awesome. Everything fits great and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I’ll definitely keep ordering from InkAddict! Matter of fact, I placed another order 😆

Took forever ....over a month to get 2 tshirts....horrible quality ....and over 100 dollars after I got dinged 30 dollars for duty and had to pay on delivery.....so be prepared to pay 115.00 for 2 crappy tshirts.....NEVER AGAIN

Horrible customer service !! all I have been waiting since the beginning of March after I placed my order and all I get told is get ahold of the carrier and they are not responsible for contacting them . The carrier never answers the phones and tracking NEVER updates ..I will never but anything from them again !! What a joke of a company !!!!

I ordered 2 shirts from them almost a week ago and even paid extra for express shipping, one day delivery and they literally just confirmed it the day of ordering. But then I've not received any type of curtisy email or anything and it's been exactly a week now and I received a email saying they shipped my items out today. But the USPS tracking link with my order receipt still hasn't received my product to be able to update and track the package. If you can't do the express delivery, then why even have it as a option on your website. Better hope .y products are good quality for the 30+ $ a shirt plus extra money waisted for express delivery. I'm assuming another week will pass before I actually receive my products. Get it together Ink Addict clothing appearal

My package was lost by usps and when I messaged them to tell them, and asked them to please resend the package, they just replied with my tracking info ( which I clearly already had 🙄) and told me to wait for the package. It was $60 order. Not like I had a $200+ order. I am asking for a refund from my credit card company.

I ordered a tank top that came in misprinted so I messaged customer service and they sent me another shirt for free but it was also misprinted, don't waste your money on this place

I have been a very loyal customer for the last few years. Good quality, fast delivery. This year something changed and I placed my last order with Ink Addict. My last 2 orders were screwed up. In October after a week of waiting I got the wrong order. They do not have a phone number listed at all so all correspondence is via email. When they finally got ahold of me they told me to send back the wrong hoodies and they would send the correct ones. They offered nothing for my time or my trouble and it took weeks to get the correct ones. This month I placed an order and it took a week for them to send it out and now the package seems to be bouncing all over the state and going anywhere but to my house. 2 weeks I've been getting updates that my package is bouncing between the post office in Detroit and the post office in Saginaw. I have no idea whats going on. This may not be Ink Addicts fault be I remember when I could place an order and have my merch in 2 days! Also quality is not what it used to be either. The material just dont feel or fit the same. Im bummed but I will be going with someone else from now on.

Ordered two shirts and love the material! Softer than most and sized just right. Plus, I had a last minute change on one and had to talk with staff, who made the correction for me after I had placed the order. Great job!

Great quality clothing with sick designs! I got myself a few hoodies and they all look awesome, feel nice, wash good, and I have gotten lots of compliments. The staff was also very helpful and quick to answer a few questions that I had.

I had been a loyal customer of InkAddict.com for some time. Then I placed a tee-shirt order on July 10th and realized I had already purchased one of the shirts so I contacted the team on July 12th as I noticed they hadn’t shipped yet, so I asked to cancel that one shirt and they suggested I just replace it with a different tee. I had no problem with this and gave them a replacement shirt to add to my order. But that apparently broke something because I waited for them to send a shipping notification and I didn’t receive one so I contacted the team at InkAddict again. This time I kept getting promises from “Angel” that’s she’d look into it and get back to me. I’d wait, she didn’t get back to me, I’d email again, Angel would reply sorry, and said she’d check and said she’d get back to me. At one point she was out of the office for several days and I guess she is the only customer service rep they have so my emails weren’t answered during that timeframe at all. This went on back and forth for two weeks until I asked her if I should cancel the order since she can’t find out why my order hadn’t shipped, and Angel wrote back the next day saying she had canceled my order. Never any reason why they couldn’t ship my order. All I wanted was some type of reassurance the order was being processed, which specifically explained to her and she just canceled it. I have all the emails to prove what I’m saying is 100% factual. Now I don’t know if I should ever order from them again. It’s a shame because I loved they’re clothing and have plenty of it. That’s why I gave 2 stars instead of one.

More than disappointed over a hoodie ordered from this store, waited two weeks for it to arrive and the hoodie is paper thin, should have read previous reviews and spent £50 on this one item

Simply amazing products. I have placed three orders with them so far for shirts as gifts for friends who are proud of their ink. Sizes are spot on and the designs are cool! Thanks InkAddict!

Have purchased many tees and hoodies from this company over the years. I've always been happy with my items and continue to purchase as they come out with new designs often. Definitely recommend.

Bought my son a hoodie and he loves it! Arrived quickly and price was reasonable.

I'm very disappointed in this company. I got free shipping, which was not free and I had to pay 30 more dollars at the post office to get it. I ordered 2 cropped hoodies that are paper thin. Will not be ordering anything from them again🤬
