Excellent! Pricing, value, and receiving time!

I was needing ink quickly as taxes would soon be due. I ordered ahead and the ink arrived before taxes were due. With free shipping on a minimum dollar amount, I just ordered a couple of extra cartridges and didn't have to pay freight.

They had the items I needed in stock (all my local stores did not) with as low of price as I could find anywhere. The online transaction went smoothly and the shipping was quick. Happy customer!

Customer service is great. There were a couple of cartridges that didn't work, but they happily shipped me some replacements for free.

InkPlusToner had the correct size & when one of the toners came with leakage, I contacted them and they forwarded a replacement without any hassle. Oh yes I will order from IPT going forward.

I have ordered at least a dozen ink cartridges over the past 2 years and have always had little to no problem whatsoever. Unfortunately my last order was a real problem. I ordered a black ink cartridge for my HP printer and got an error message I could not resolve. I emailed the company and they promptly replaced the problem cartridge and normally that would have been the end of it. Unfortunately that cartridge also gave me the same error and we could not resolve the issue. I asked for a refund probably did without question. So while I like the company and they have been excellent in terms of products and service something has gone sideways recently and I am hesitant to order from them again. I would recommend people try them because their prices are good and service is great just be careful and deal with any problems immediately.

Had a defective drum and inkPlusToner took care of it. I called and shared a printout and they shipped out a replacement drum to me. Appreciate the service given. Thanks.
