When I first made contact with this company about 1 year ago, the names which I dealt with were:
Alastair Swanwick and
Barbara Bouffard.
I have written a letter and sent an email addressed to these two individuals; but I have NOT received the courtesy of an acknowledgement or a reply.
These two individuals seem to have disappeared into thin air. Are they still alive? ?

Quick at sending the booklets very impressive

The information requested arrived within a day. It was a very comprehensive guide and well worthy of a study guide that helps water the seed of advancement.

It's a comprehensive pack thank you. However I am more confused than before. I would like to see my idea happen but it appears that without money it won't happen. It's difficult to understand if my project needs copyright, patent or trademark. I think I will need to research more into how to make this possible.

They were professional throughout, and Donna’s experience in the design and manufacturing world was evident as she took all the stress from my shoulders and explained the process to me clearly and calmly.
I felt that they clearly understood my idea, the background and long term plan and helped suggest the best services they could provide to help me progress.
I would 100% recommend their service to any new founders I, I don’t think I would have got to where they got me to within the few months working together, and certainly would not have got such a great first prototype of the product.
They were so great I have engaged them to support me further in the development.

But the problem is how I can find the right financial organ in uk? since I am from Ethiopia. And how to proceed the licensing my invention to establish types of contract stated in your information. My invention Entitled: commission agent banking system(cabs-at) is in patent pending.

I don’t agree with the 15 year validity of secrecy you should be protecting your customers not banking there ideas that don’t get used for future repurposing
