Mattress is well within warranty and has collapsed. Springs have separated and it is unusable. Tried contacting inofia and they have ignored my multiple attempts.
Avoid using this company at all costs. Wish I had checked reviews before buying

Purchased a mattress 2 years ago . The mattress has sagged and the springs are making a crunching noise when I move . As per the sales pitch on Amazon they have a 10 year warranty, I have written to them several times , I had 1 reply and forwarded the information they required , since I have heard nothing back , even when I have asked for updates.
Very poor customer service and quality

This is the 4th Inofia mattress I've purchased over the past few years, they're great! Price can't be beat, fast shipping, and extremely comfortable.

Got a king size mattress from Inofia. First few months seemed fine. But after 6 months, the mattress started to sag rapidly. Now, after just one year, the mattress is 75% of its original height and the metal springs can be felt when one lies on the mattress.

I sent them an email using their contact form on their website, but got no response. Also got no response when I called their number.

This has turned out to be a scam!

PLEASE TAKE BACK YOUR MATTRESS. YOU IGNORED ALL MY EMAILS.

Very prompt despatch. I ordered online late Tuesday night and it arrived early Thursday morning. Good communication from the company.
The mattress is as described and I'm pleased with it's quality and comfort.
It needed about four days for the new foam mattress smell to go but then it was fine.
I'm happy with my purchase.

I would give no stars if I could.
Bought mattress topper and it got sagged and curved after 2.5 years only.
They say that you'll have 10 years warranty, but will they honour it?-noooo!!!
They never replied to my emails with photos and everything.
And for me, it would be useless to write to small claim court, as I'll need to pay fees myself and they might just get away with it.
Don't buy from them.

Disappointed – Quality Not the Same as Before

This is my second mattress from Inofia – I bought the same model again expecting the same firmness and comfort as my first one, which I was very happy with. Unfortunately, the new mattress feels much softer and lacks the support that made the original so good. It seems the company has changed the materials or construction without making this clear to customers.

After contacting customer service, they offered me a topper or a 40% refund. I had already tried their topper and it actually made things worse – it didn't solve the problem at all. The mattress just isn’t what I paid for or what was advertised.

It’s really disappointing to see a drop in quality from a brand I trusted. I expected more in terms of both product consistency and customer service resolution.

I have bought two trifold memory mattresses from Inofia. One a couple years ago, and one this Spring. Both are really great. I sleep on one of them every day, it's very comfy, and I fold it into a mini sofa in daytime. Two of my friends liked our mattress so much they bought them, too, and are very happy with them.

Never reply to contact attempts.
Emailed, plus 'contact us' option on their web site.
No reply to several attempts requesting return for arefund.

inofia offer a 10 year warranty which they dont honour! purchased a mattress from them trough Amazon UK six years ago, it has failed with one or more springs collapsing, emailed Inofia and they requested Photos, i have sent the photos but Inofia are ignoring me, have asked them to collect and/or refund but nothing. their company has no honour, they are therefore scamming me, DONT TRUST THEM, their warranty is meaningless

Too soft of a mattress definitely you get what you pay for
1 star bc 101 day trial is bogus trying to get them to let you return it is insane and not cooperative
Will likely be disputing with credit card company at this point

No response when I asked how to return. Still need to return my mattress as the quality is a lot lower than expected and there are no instructions on how to.

Mattress are very comfortable and seem well made. Shipping took a little while. All in all I am happy with my mattress

I placed an order and paid via PayPal. When the confirmation came through the email and was full of Chinese characters I freaked out and at that point discovered the latest Trustpilot reviews. I need not have worried. I placed the order in the 6th November and it was delivered on the 13th: faster than the promised 7-10 working days. The mattress is good for the price, it’s my second one - I bought another about 5 years got another room and it’s still good.

This Company is a SCAM.
They take your order and send you an email with the order number and tracking number.
BUT…. The order number is invalid when you check on it.
The tracking number says Delayed in transit. It always says that. Truth is they never actually manage to collect the item from Inofia.
Customer Service does not exist.
DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY

I’m a repeat customer of Inofia - having previously purchased a mattress. I’m incredible disappointed with my experience trying to order a second mattress from them for my new apartment. After a week of shipping - I received an email that I had provided an “incorrect address” and they needed to re ship my mattress. This wasn’t accurate, and I sent multiple emails with no reply to customer service. UPS informed me that Inofia had lost my package, and that the information they were providing me was incorrect and that I should file a claim. They don’t have a customer service phone number - and replied scarcely to my emails. Inofia only reached back out to me once I contacted PayPal to report them. Will not be recommending to my friends and would advise to purchase elsewhere - regardless of having already been a customer.

Received 2 mattresses. they were unsuitable for my requirements so they were not unpacked. Try to contact them but impossible as their telehone number does not exist & they wll not reply to emails. The address for returning does not exist. On checking on Companies House, they applied in April to be struck off but as there has been objections, the Registrar has refused.Why do Credit Cards carry on dealing with thes people.

I ordered a mattress from this company as I've recently moved and have been sleeping on the floor and it took them a week to get it to me and then they delivered it to a house I cannot find and do not recognise. Ridiculously bad service.
