Therapist was really, really awful and invalidating - talked about himself for ~60% of the session and didn’t even listen to my ‘topic sentence’ properly to know what I was talking about. I ended an initial session, which I’d come into feeling okay, ten minutes early, and cried.
The book-a-therapist service itself was okay, but be sure to chase up refunds on rearranged appointments if they don’t appear right away - customer service were very helpful, but their automated system was having some glitches.
It’s also a bit of an issue for me that you can’t contact a therapist to ask questions re suitability etc before booking a session - it wouldn’t take much adjustment on the back end to allow in-system comms with a full range of therapists
