I placed an order on March 6 (Order #2341258)
but i dint recive my clothes and the customer service doesent answer on my questions. Its a Scam!

Great experience! Got a few items for my bf and he loves them!!! Very happy with the support. I ordered despite the recent reviews but tbh it was a smooth and great experience! 100% recommend :)

Hi, thanks for finally getting back to me ! I've finally received the order and I was relieved :) + the Quality of the clothes is amazing, so I'm happy. The only issue is that I've received it almost 6 months after the order. If you find a Way to tacle this issue, then it Will perfect. No refund necessary. I'll order again, hoping you'll find a solution for your delivery timeline ! ;)

Order #2341233. Placed it and paid at the start of January. Two months had passed, no delivery. Wrote to the support service three times, to both of their email addresses, no response whatsoever. Other people here wrote they waited for a long time and had no response from the support service too, but got their order at least. Giving Insakura one chance to see this review and do something about my order. If I will have it, or see my money returned, I will change the review. If you won't see any update from me in time, know this shop is a scam.

I placed my order in February and paid instantly. I received the order confirmation, but after that there has been nothing on the order. I have tried to reach their customer service without success. I don't recommend ordering from this place, definitely feels like a scam.

I placed my order on February 17. Today is March 13 and still no reply to my multiple inquiries regarding the status of my order. This has to be a scam judging by the multiple poor reviews. Do yourself a favor and do not order from them. I will be contacting the attorney general and the better business bureau.

The item was delivered after one month. There was no response to my two emsils asking for update on estimated delivery time. The pants arrived. Described as corduroy sweat pants. They are very poorly made. If you hold up to the light you can see daylight through them. Material resembles a very cheap polyester velvety thin hand towel. Maybe closer to pyjamas than pants you would wear outdoors. Would not recommend them.

I made an order and still have no confirmation about the delivery after 2 weeks. The support emails are non responsive and just feels like the website is a scam. Not positive I'll ever see my 40 pounds again.

Update 1:
More attempts were made but has been fruitless. What kind of service level this company has, after accepted order and payment. I will advise against buying from this company.
Will initiate a resolution request to Paypal.

Got an email response after I posted my review on Trustpilot, saying that my order shall be ready by the week. That timeframe has passed & I tried to follow up several times again.....no response at all !!
I tried another method via PayPal which provides email access to the payment beneficiary, however still no reply.
I really really feel that I might have been scammed!?

Made numerous queries via their website chat function & email regarding my order status but to no avail. No replies at all. Wondering if it is a scam.

So far haven't been responded to about my order from Black Friday. Emailed twice, still no response since a week ago. Hopefully haven't been scammed...

Les produits reçu sont bien j’aime beaucoup.
Cependant j’ai eu plus de 2 mois d’attente concernant la livraison sans nouvelles et aucune infos du service client malgré plusieurs relances. Pour au final avoir une commande incomplète.

Commande passée, et pas de nouvelle. Il n’y a pas moyen de savoir si ma commande est en cours de préparation, ou d’acheminement. La page contact est introuvable « error404, page not found ». Je suis a 2 doigts de me dire que ce site est une arnaque.

The clothing does take a while to reach you. Didn’t mind that. I ordered about seven garments four of which didn’t fit but they were able to refund me for part of this close. Some of clothing didn’t fit me because I am a bit tall and I think these are more for people who are shorter than 6’2” mostly. I’m happy with the garments that fit and they’re great quality. Would recommend them!

Ordered 3 times and 3 times it was sent and delivered perfectly. Clothes are the exact same as advertised. Would recommend to anyone who is interested.

The only downside was the long wait for my order to arrive in CA, so keep that in mind for shipping times. Not a major issue, though. I'm already browsing their site to see what else I can snap up.
Fast delivery, and pants as expected.

COMFY AF, exactly what I needed. Curious to see how the elastic holds up around the ankles, guess time will tell. Fits perfectly for a 36 waist. Definitely planning to get more from Insakura.

Got the t-shirts from Insakura and I'm really stoked about the quality and embroidered design. I'm on the skinny side and was worried about the fit, but they're actually perfect, way better than I expected. Big thumbs up and totally recommend!

My review below was based on receiving a prompt from Trustpilot when I had become convinced that I had been scammed. This turns out to not be the case. My garments arrived today (finally) after a long delay and very spotty communication. I am very happy with the products and with the more recent communications that have come since the shipment was (finally) expedited.
