I contacted the costumer service as, unfortunately, my dear mums fingers prints were not the greatest quality so i wanted to check if they were suitable before place my order. Natalie responded to me very quickly and said they could make it work and that's exactly what they did. I ordered 3 x dog tags for my brothers and my dad and 2 x tear drops for me and my sister and we all love them. The whole process was so easy and delivery was extremely quick. I have now made 4 orders of handwritten jewellery and they have all been beautiful, well made and treasured items

Twice I’ve had to return my brand new bracelet due to first off being faulty & then coming back to me scratched. I’ve had it back for a 3rd time today & the charm is STILL scratched/marked. This is after them saying it would be polished, nothing had been done. I ordered this start of January, paid & yet still it’s rubbish!
Just don’t bother with this company for such an important item what on earth do they think they’re doing, no quality control at all. Why send out a faulty brand new item in the first place & then send it back out still faulty with scratches, then send it back to me again in the same rubbish condition?!
