Ive been thinking about investing into property again ever since we bought our own with my wife 6 years ago. We’d seen it almost double in its value since we purchased it and had more than enough equity to buy another one when we started our talks with the insight services. .

What I liked with insight prime is that there was no upfront fees and they did all the leg work for us. Also being a family owned business with a small family of their own meant that the same values as us as with a family too.

This included finding the lender for the finance through one of there Referal brokers , also the financial adviser, the solicitor, the property through an agent and had it rented out quickly through the rental agent.

All we had to do was turn up to our zoom appointments and everything else was done for us.

We were of course a little nervous at first but after doing our due diligence and we actually had a quick stop in at their Gold Coast office to meet the team we were more than happy to make the move.

Great friendly and smooth process.
