I've used them for years. I was using them to get home inspections plus termite and others but now they change to just inspections. And their customer service has gone totally downhill. I had a situation yesterday where the inspector had the wrong address, but it was just across the street. When we got back to him in five minutes, he claimed he couldn't do the inspection now because he would be late for the next one. Then excuses excuses excuses, and they couldn't find anybody for three days. They have really jumped the shark. Do not use them.

To be honest. Our house is old and dirty. This is why we're selling it. Yesterday. Two inspectors showed up. One was polite when I greeted him. The other one, fat boy, was rude. THEY DIDN'T PUT THINGS BACK TO THE SAME SPOTS WHERE THEY FOUND THEM: Microwave, garden hose holder. Didn't even turn off my shower faucet with the up/down knob. I turned on the water this morning. What happened??? Water spilled out everywhere. Left doors opened. Didn't turn off the lights. IF THEY DID TO US. WHO ELSE DID THEY DO THIS TO??? Racists.

Just a scammer getting your money and nothing else.

The absolute best company. Great to work with and easy to understand.

This business is the worst. They nit pick and give their own subjective review of just what needs work. One of these so called "inspectors" makes an ignorant call on a brand new garage door opener I had installed that operates perfectly and takes it upon himself, as a non professional, to say that it is mounted incorrectly, that the beams are 2"off. Are you kidding me? What manual are you referring to? Right, a manual is non existent. Then, he plays security expert as he knew the perfect type of door bolt you should use. He states that a $900.00 bolt made and installed in Israel by an ex ISF lieutenant is not safe! Fool! Listen, when a dead bolt is mounted 4" from a GLASS DOOR and has a latch on the inside, a thief can simply cut the glass and flip the bolt quietly. Using a key bolt he would NOT be able to enter, period. Additionally, these doorknobs have no I.D. of manufacturer, and, if you knew about security, would understand that knowing a manufacturer makes it far easier to gain access by "picking the lock." What do you think smoke alarms are for? I could go on and on about these two meatheads, but here in Las Vegas they deserve an F for FOOLS. Inspectify is not even listed in the top 20 as suitable home inspectors! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. SUNDAE uses them and they are HORRIBLE as well. Live and learn. What a waste of time.

I have to leave this stellar review after having sold my home and the use of Inspectify as my home inspection folks. It was the most thorough inspection I have ever seen on a home and very very efficient when they showed up. If you want a great home inspection company with reasonable prices and more importantly a thorough report, then you can’t go wrong with Inspectify:).
