Provided certicate to seller that is false as the place I bought is not complaint which I had to tell them when I looked. They came to check after I questioned it and confirmed it was not compliant then ghosted.

Oh and also chopped up my wall in my bathroom leaving the most pathetic work I have seen. Who runs cable over a whole?

They say they will sort you out but leave you high and dry. When I sell I use DOSS, you get the experience with the piece of mind.

Lupasivat vastauksia 3-6 kuukauden sisällä ja antoivat ymmärtää korvauksen olevan suht varma.
Alku tiedusteluissa sähköpostiliikenne oli kohteliasta ja vastaukset tuli nopeasti, täytin paperit ja annoin heille valtuudet hoitaa asiaa puolestani ja yhteydenpito heidän puoleltaan loppui siihen.
No, yli vuosi on kulunut, heidän puoleltaan ei ole vastattu sähköpostikyselyihinkään enää puoleen vuoteen. Päätelmä; taisivat saada rahat ja pitää itsellään! Minusta aikamoisia huijareita!

Inspecto seemed to be in the ball at first. Like others, communications ceased around Fall, 2020 after previously learning they were prepared to go to trial.
I sent an email to check in yesterday and it bounced back to me. The site is down. I am very concerned as they have so much of our information. I need answers!

In August 2019 I turned to Inspecto for compensation from Easyjet who had refused EC regulation 261 payment for my partner, (they had paid mine) and refused taxi fare to get us to a different airport for our return flight, and refused any meal or other compensation despite it being a ten hour delay of flight.

Inspecto at first seemed to be responsive but in April 2020 keeping me informed seemed to stop, perhaps partly due to Covid and partly due to their decision of having to go to a court case. In October 2020 I learned that Easyjet had in fact paid Inspecto the EC Regulation 261 compensation for my partner, but according to Inspecto nothing else, and since I asked for this to be paid over to us I have heard nothing and no e-mails are answered. This is not the behaviour of a responsible legal set-up and to me is morally indefensible.

Unglaublich, verkaufen im Internet eine Leistung welche nicht erfüllt werden kann. Flug hatte letztes Jahr im Frühsommer über 6 Stunden Verspätung. Natürlich Anschlußflug nach Panama verpasst und im Flughafen übernachtet. Bis heute konnte das mit der Fluggesellschaft angeblich noch nicht geklärt werden !!!!!!!!
Zur Begründung kommt folgendes:

Olen pettynyt Inspecton toimintaan. Korona-poikkeusolot ovat toki vaikuttaneet oikeuden käsittelyaikoihin, joihin Inspecto ei voi vaikuttaa. Silti, reaali-aikaisen viestinnän ja tiedottamisen puuttuminen sekä usean kuukauden odotusaika (en ole siis vieläkään saanut korvausta) eivät vakuuta ja ovat jotain ihan muuta, mitä yrityksen sivuilla luvataan. Ystäväni sai valtion kuluttajariitalautakunnan kautta korvauksen peruutetuista lennoistamme, eli nopeammin kuin täältä. Ainoa plussa on kohteliaat (vaikkakin ympäripyöreät) vastaukset asiakaspalvelusta.

The airlines were legally compelled to pay, but dragged their feet. Inspecto pursued their obligation on my behalf! Thanks Inspecto!
