Amazing service, product knowledge and advice

Very happy with the service who ever owns this company should be proud of there staff I don't know all the names of staff but a lady called Tanya did go above and beyond another lady also excellent but don't know her name xx

Paint matching for old paint is very good.

The sales man was knowledgeable and explained my options and even gave me some brush painting tips

The staff at inspiration paints went above and beyond customer service to help me with purchasing the correct paint type and what to do to prepare and paint.
Excellent service. It pays to investigate as the 'cheaper budget paint business down the road' were non caring and didn't advise anything. Will definitely be back next time we are painting to inspiration paints.

Very helpful customer experience. We needed a specific colour and brand- called ahead and they ordered it for us. Next day I came in to pick it up, already mixed and ready to go.

The lady that served me was very helpful

This was the first time I had ordered from Inspiration Paints and did so online. When I arrived at the store my order wasn't ready and the staff couldn't initially find my online order. After they found it I had to wait whilst they moved around the store to find the items. Although the website said my items were available the telescopic pole, the roller frames and line tape weren't in stock despite the website advising they were so staff asked if I would accept alternatives which was fine. This meant the staff needed to then work out how to do the credit and recharge which also took time. My order which I thought would take 5 minutes to walk in and grab took over half hour.

That said the staff tried hard to help and carried my items out to my car which was much appreciated.

During my first shop I bought some sample pots so I went back the next day to purchase my selected colour paints, my second experience was far better, much quicker and a staff member carried the 2 x 10 litre paint cans into my car which was much appreciated.

The Dulux paints were really good quality as were the accessories.
