Prompt friendly service from a man that knew his product and ready to assist.
A colour match to a sample board that I had prepared using another brand of paint was required.
We walked out of the shop reflecting on our happy experience...must add, also bought some mineral turps and a cutting brush, and as you know, left our email address.
In the future we may contact you for useful reviews and maybe advice in the future.

The very friendly lady at Warilla ordered my required paint in and called to let me know when it had arrived. On top of this, she actually spent a bit of time trying to source the right kind of Sikkens finish for my needs.

The staff were very helpful when I was choosing a sample pot. Very courteous.

2nd time visiting IP Warilla, always the friendliest service and love their expertise. Previously they easily colour matched my wall with ease, when Bunnings got it wrong 3 times. Competitive prices as well, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Definitely recommend. Appreciated the friendly staff listening and knowledge into what items I needed. Would much prefer to support this local business than larger chains. As soon as you walk in it’s a non overwhelming experience rather then feeling like a seagull with hot chips finding staff in Bunnings that can help.

Great advice on product, access to technical expertise

The staff member, Gunda, (apologies if I’ve spelt that wrong) had a wealth of knowlege and was so happy to share it giving lots of practical advice and tips, made painting so easy and am so happy with the outcome of my project
