On walking in I was impressed with all the products layout etc.Immediately I was offered assistance. I first wanted to browse and picked up a couple of items. I then was kindly offered help again. And received a few spray cans I needed. And received discount on signing up.

Service was excellent clear assistance for my task. Would always go to this shop for painting needs.

Walked into Brendale store this morning and had a less than satisfactory experience with a staff member stating he was “a manager”.
He was rude and extremely unprofessional, he also wasn’t up to speed with product knowledge regarding urethane thinner.
Will never set foot in the store again, either will anyone I know. I’m a tradesperson operating my own business and liaise with builders, carpenters and painters, Brendale store will most definitely not be getting recommended by me.

Robert at Belconnen branch knows Dulux paint and shared info which I had not discovered reading pamphlets or in my research using the web. It saved me time and money and gave me confidence in the results which I am now looking at out the window. Very happy!

Staff were very helpful with showing me colors in a conversation about what wall colors I was considering for my bedroom. Also, so pleasant to be greeted with smiling faces.

Matched the colour perfectly, and the whole process was quick.
