Amazing oil, perfect, smells anazing

Nothing like the perfume, has a citrus like smell, awful.
Emailed several times complaining and waiting for someone to get back.
You guessed it still waiting.
No customer service when you want to return.

Terrible experience. Poor communication.

Great thumps up to Inspired Perfume and for their service in the past and for the perfumes purchased from them for many years. Of late l haven't been able to purchase my preferred perfume on their website and l have not been able to contact anyone directly either as there is no direct phone number for enquiries on their website except via email.
I did send emails to enquire whether they still stock my favourite perfume Barract rouge 540 oil perfume but l did not get any response.
Please could someone respond back to me.
I did purchase three different perfumes to try out last week, but l did not like any of the fragrances at all.
Customer service to me has always been fantastic and swift except for this time.
Someone please get back to let me know oif you still stock this perfume or you have stopped stocking them so l can look somewhere else. Although, it will be a really shame if Inspired oil no longer stocks Barract Rouge 540.
Bought so many and also for my friends in the past.
I have only given three 3 STARS this time because l havent heard back and no contact number on their website.

The perfume is as good as any expensive product and I get more compliments than I ever did with them. I bought one for my daughter to try as she always buys Alien which she likes. The one I got her was Alien look alike and she said it was the same and no difference in the smell.

Received my delivery but unfortunately one of my bottles broke in transit, contacted the lovely staff and they are replacing my order

I received two of one perfume when I ordered one, and none of a second perfume I ordered. It was not receiving the perfume I really wanted to try that was most disappointing, so I emailed Inspired Perfumes immediately. No response. I emailed them again, this time asking for a return: no response. I emailed a third time, at the same time putting a comment on social media. I received an email asking for pictures of the packaging; I responded but have heard nothing from them - again. Appalling customer service. It would have been so simple to pop the missing 5ml sample bottle of the missing perfume in the post. Cost to company: far less than retail price of sample and postage. Result: happy customer and probable future sales.

I ordered some perfumes from this company in early August. Apparently the first package got lost at the Post Office. After days of asking for help I was finally told another package would be sent.
Unfortunately I am still waiting over a month later. I have asked for a refund but so far my request has been ignored. I am extremely disappointed and needless to say I will not be ordering from this company in the future.

Prompt delivery , they smell just like the originals, lasts all day

My experience was great with inspired perfume oils and will continue to shop with inspired perfume oils

Ordered from them for years, This time I ordered 3 slightly larger because I loved them. One of them was the wrong scent, it also leaked in my bag less than a week later. There is also dust in another one, not sure how clean it is so wont be using that. So out of the 3 I only got one I can use. So very disappointed.

Happy with the scent. However since they have changed the bottles.. Although I prefer the shape of the miniature bottles of perfume oil.. Not much of the product comes out of it. Which is why oboe rate it 4/5 not 5/5.
I've also emailed regarding how I found the scent I reordered didn't smell like the previous one and I haven't had a reply.

Very poor quality perfume oil. Bought 4 bottles. There is no fragnance, and cheap quality fragnance. Disappointed and will not recommend to anyone. Order #21471997
