I buy the 3ml , so I can try different scents before committing to larger size and they are long lasting , handbag size pocket size would definitely recommend

I was very unsure about buying these but since they arrived I am 100% hooked they smell lovely and they last ages on the skin am very happy and will definitely buy more

Bottles could be a bit bigger, but the smell is just great.

I can’t express how happy I am with their product! The scents are exactly the same as the originals and stay much longer than spray perfumes. I’ve purchased so many and I’m over the moon using them.

Recently purchased Velvet Rose Oud, London and Twilly D'Hermes. The latter were smaller bottles, but the Jo Malone was a larger size and the lid was damaged. Consequently, oil now escaping so I can't risk in my handbag. So far from fragrance perspective, I am impressed

Arrived fairly quickly, came in a faux velvet pouch which is a cute touch. Scent has lasted 5 hours up to now, very impressed. Will definitely purchase again.

One star too many - passive aggressive behaviour, and deliberate untruths

I placed an order for four oils which were gifts for friends. All bottles had wonky labels and wrong size bottle lids. I exchanged emails with SS who, without my agreement, posted four replacement oils, which were returned, unopened. After many emails and saying I would report her to Trading Standards, I did receive a refund. SS attitude appalling; totally unprofessional. 25.01.23 - I have reported this woman to trading standards as I doubt I am the only one she mistreats.

Would just like my order delivered please. Ordered on Dec 19th, still nothing.
My order arrived today at last, delayed by postal service..

For the money you are asking you can buy very good replica perfumes. I'm not satisfied, apart from two types that bring as much as the original, I don't like the rest.

I have been purchasing from this company for almost 2 years. The deliveries are swift and without drama.

Every perfume I’ve had is true to the scent I cannot afford to buy. My latest was Diamonds, but my absolute favourite is Aventus for her.
