It was nothing short of a miracle working with this company. I contacted them last minute for a Schengen Visa after numerous disappointments and unprofessionalism from other companies. And even after all other travel companies told me that the nearest appointment date for the country I was applying through was three months away, they were able to secure an appointment date less than ONE WEEK AWAY for me! At that point, I was mind blown already! I even told myself that even if the visa wasn’t approved, I will still rate them excellently because it was literally IMPOSSIBLE to other travel agents but they did it!
Their documentation was excellent, infact I could smell the approval coming from a mile away just looking at the application they put together. They paid impeccable attention to details, they were very meticulous with the entire process and they made sure to cover every possible aspect that the consular might look out for. You could just tell that this wasn’t their first rodeo, with Joe perfectly put together it was. And then upon submission at the collection center, we were told that it could take 7 to 10 weeks (counting only business days), to get back our passport. Went on twitter and saw that indeed, that was the time frame it was taking to get back passport from France embassy at the moment in Lagos Nigeria. Some were even held for over 2 months.
But somehow, we got back our passports with an approval in just 24 business days!!! I mean!!! It’s nothing short of impressive. I know they say visas aren’t guaranteed with any agency, but as a customer, I’m telling you that your visa is guaranteed with this company! Even if you have a previous refusal, they will refine your documents and reapply for you to get an approval. I have been to so many countries but never had this exceptional experience with any travel company and I’m proud to say that this is my final bus stop, I will be making every of my trips with this travel agency because they’ve proven themselves worthy of our trust. My husband and I are excited and looking forward to many more trips together with this company! Thank you, Instago ed!
