The customer support, Kelly, was terrific. Rrally helped me through the decision.
Also the installer, Jeriah, was terrific. Eastman to work with. Listened to what we needed. Install looked great.

Rob was the best
I was kept aware of everything that was going on when things were scheduled and the installers were there exactly when they said they were going to be. Rob was great. He did the Instal just as I had requested and before he left, he made sure that I was able to get onto the Internet and to secure my network.

From the time we ordered STARLINK, until it arrived at our home, InstallPros kept us apprised of the order. Matt, our technician, arrived right on time and installed STARLINK. He was great to work with and explained everything, perfectly.
