I have add fund and someone log in in the acc and order something with my money and support dont help just scam!!

Fraud. DON'T USE IT ANYMORE

The replenished the followers a few time and then I contacted then I started to lose more followers and no answer from there customer support, this is a scam beyond belief

FIRST CHARGE WON GOOD! THE SECOND TOP UP AFTER SAYING THEY TAKE TIME TO VERIFY THE CREDIT CARD THEY STOLE YOUR MONEY!!

I placed an order before a month and they deducted the full amount and until now I didn't receive the service, and the customer service very bad and useless

Not recommending them realy bad support service. Even if their services ruined our business page they never provided any assitance and they couldn't care less.

AFTER TRANSFERING FUNDS TO INSTANT FANS, NO FUNDS SHOWED UP ON MY ACCOUNT, ALL I GET IS THIS AUTOMATIC REPLY:

I dont know where the bad reviews came from, if they came from their rivals and enemies. Because my experience is going great. I just tried instant fans randomly and loved it, it works great!! I love all of their services, and specially their staff have enough tolerance to bear my unlimited tickets about silly things which i sent in the start just because i was learning more about this website and the services. They are co-operative , and very very friendly. Its always good to ask them about anything and they reply and support with care.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND WERE RUDE!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL!! BUY FROM FAMOID, THEY ARE ALWAYS GOOD AND APPRECIATER THE CUSTOMERS. IF SOMETHING'S WRONG OCCURS, THEY WILL REFUND YOU FOR WHAT YOU PAID AND WILL GIVE YOU THE DISCOUNT FOR THE NEXT PURCHASE FOR DISCOUNT FOR A WEEK.

Most of the orders placed on this site are not completed and the only answer 24/7 support provides on raising a Ticket is that the problem will be resolved in 24 hours... After 24 hours if you get back to the support the answer is "We have tagged an Admin and he will reply in 24 hours". This goes on for 3-4 days and ultimately they cancel the order... They do not have a policy for refunding the amount once it is added to your Account.
