Insulinhub Avaliações

I ordered hydroxychloroquine over the phone and the sales rep, Andrew, explained the reasons that the delivery time would be long, and was very helpful in providing information about all aspects of the order as it was being shipped. Emails were answered promptly. Fantastic customer service. I strongly recommend Insulin Hub.

Excellent customer service. They will make sure that you are satisfied.

My family is grateful to InsulinHub, and especially to their conscientious agent Daniel, for fast and courteous service. Daniel dispatched my order as soon as I placed it, and he made sure it reached me quickly. Thank you!

Recommending Insulinhub without Reservation. Despite a misunderstanding with an additional follow up order, the problem was 100% resolved to my satisfaction. TY.

Your company was first class from the ordering process to getting the shipment through US customs. I cannot praise the service I was provided highly enough. More companies could learn how to treat their customers from Insulinhub.
Thank you.

Great company, good service, and prompt.

Great company . Will buy from them again . Perfect packaging and delivery . Great price . Thank you .

Outstanding service. My original order was stuck somewhere in the Chicago mail system and repeated calls to USPS were never able to pry it loose. InsulinHub noticed (I didn't have to call) the delay and contacted me. After explaining, they sent me another order, without charge, which arrived at my home without incident. I've never had another business do that for me. Thanx InsulinHub.

Great service, when USPS lost my package they reshipped without me having to ask! A month later when the original order finally arrived Insulinhub told me to keep it, no charge, what a great way to do business.

No further comment needed : ) All is well....

Honest company that will go out of their way to help you.
Thank you Andrew!

This is an honest company. They tried shipping me the product via Royal Mail from UK to Mexico during the Covid19 episode and for reasons we don't know, it didn't make it to me and was returned and Insulinhub issued a prompt refund. Another online ordering company I used have not shipped any product and have said the supplying company is now out of business so they cannot issue a refund. Very different experience! So thank you.

Andrew on top of his game!

A wonderfully efficient and friendly place to do business. They are in stock when others are not.I would highly recommend them to every one.

Shipping got messed up and a second order was sent and received in timely fashion. They initiated the response on their own before the original order was supposed to be received. great company!!
