Ordered 2 pair shoes. One is OK the other was ordered as purple and I got brownish maroon. Sent email to ask for replacement and how to send back and was told postage would be on me and very expensive, but they would refund 10% (or $2.19 on the $21.99 shoe)
Hope everyone looks at these reviews before ordering. Wish I had.

The shoes they claim are Sketchers are the cheapest knock off you'll ever see!
They don't have memory foam, or the word Sketchers ANYWHERE on the shoe.

This company is a scam. I got 2 pair of grey counterfeit sketchers. They are too small and I ordered one grey, one navy blue. When I emailed them, they offered to refund 10% of the price and to keep them. Why would I want to keep them if they are total rubbish.

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes for my husband size 13 and I got a size 12. Bummer

My wife ordered two pair of sketchers So far, they have been sent to Jamica NY then back to China according to them. Their USPS tracking number is a fraud. The so-called Mr. Chen is a shill for the SCAM.

I ordered a pair of Skechers through this company. All together it cost me $30. When I tried to research my order I couldn't connect to the company. Another scam. I'm out the money. I can't afford it I'm 71 years old. Somebody needs to put a stop to this crap!!!

I received the shoes today, I also thought I was ordering Sketchers. The sizes are all wrong, too small.
I hope to can get a refund. But by reading the other reviews I now doubt it. Update, PayPal had my money in my account the next day!

Wish I could give a zero or negative 5. Same as everyone else. Ordered one size, got something completely different and sized in another country's sizing scale. Shipping was prompt. Maybe 10 days. Emailed and got the 10% credit or 20% and directed to return to China. Insummers.com "About Us" info at the bottom of their site in the 4th paragraph says all products are made and shipped from South Carolina. Then why do you want me to pay more on shipping than the original cost as you even state, just to return them to FREAKING CHINA. Your site says hassle free returns. This is not hassle free. Your return and refund section says total satisfaction guarantee. Not. Thankfully my credit card company issued a permanent and 100% instant refund to my credit card. PayPal dispute wanted me to ship them back... to??? CHINA? BUT WHEN I CALLED, the agent was offering me a PayPal merchandise credit. No thank you. I just wanted the shoes I ordered on the size I chose. Stay away. They are not Skechers at all.

I ordered 2 pairs of Orthopaedic sandals and received them in the wrong size and there is nothing orthopaedic about them. I initially contacted them to exchange them for the correct size and their reply was to offer me 10% off my next order or return them at my expense to China This site is a scam so don't use them
My whole experience is negative and took weeks to get nowhere

Terrible evperience, they advertize Sketchers but they are absolute rubbish, plus they sent the wrong size. tried to get in touch with them , they do not reply . looks like i8m going to lose my money because I cannot get help with a return.

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers, 1 pair was the incorrect size. They offered 10% refund which I said was unacceptable, then 20% and then a maximum of 30%. I have to send them back to China at my own cost. They take such a long time replying to emails that this has taken weeks. Very frustrating. DO NOT ORDER THIS SITE IS A SCAM.

I ordered 2 pair of sandals, supposedly name brands. When they finally arrived, they were way too small (not the size I ordered. No markings as to the brand or size. I emailed to ask for returning instructions (they give no phone number). They said they would give me a 10% discount then upped it to 20%. If I return them, I have to return them to China. I'm going to return them to the US address given on the package. What LE agency can I report them to? They are evidently a scam operation.

Horrible service!! The sizes run small and when I inquired about exchanging them I got the run around. When I looked up these folks before I ordered it said shipped from South Carolina! Bull!!! It comes from overseas! I spent $29.00 and only got 3.99 back and all I have is a pair of sandals that I can't wear!!! Needless to say I'll never order anything from them again!!

I have been waiting about a month for my order, a pair of summer shoes, but they sure didn't take long to grab the money out of my account. When I tried tracking the order through them it shows they should have been in my state 5 days ago, but when I look up the tracking number through this international tracking service, it says there is no such order. Hopefully, I will receive my order, but not holding my breath.

I bought these shoes not realising they were supplied directly from China and I am not able to return them according to their website - only damaged etc shoes can be returned. The fabric upper is so flexible/stretchy as to offer no foot support. I believed their 'sale' price at the time but I now think the price I paid was too much, even in the sale. Just not suitable for me so a local Charity Shop will benefit!

Would give lower than 1 star if possible. Ordered some bras and when it finally arrived after weeks of waiting what arrived was completely different to what I ordered. Impossible to get a refund because they insist on sending the scam items back which is half the cost I originally paid out!! Absolute scam. Avoid avoid avoid!!
