Shout out to Thomas Harris at Insurance Revolution — a man who appears to operate with the rare combination of patience and clarity.
He took the time to walk me through each step of the process in a way that actually made sense (which, statistically speaking, is not common in insurance).

Every option was broken down into what it does, what it doesn’t do, and—crucially—what would happen in the real world if things went wrong.

No vague language. No hand-waving. Just clear, structured explanations delivered at a pace that didn’t assume I enjoy ambiguity.

As someone who prefers information to be precise, logical, and free from unnecessary fluff, this was unusually refreshing.
Would recommend—especially if you like knowing what you’re actually paying for.

I had a great experience with this company. I dealt with James, who was a pleasure to work with. He made the whole process very easy, straightforward, and simple.

Most insurance brokers tend to complicate things and leave me confused, but James explained everything clearly. He was patient, ensured I was comfortable throughout, and made sure I was happy with the final outcome.

Declan Townsend made the renewal easy. There no changes to the policy and as people who are busy, long winded phone calls or endless forms to complete online are are workload we can ill afford.
Declan is pleasant to communicate with too. That's always nice too.
And to cap it all, he found us a better deal than last year saving us some money.
I guess that deserves a glowing review on it's own.
Looking forward to speaking to him this time next year too!
