Mine was a non-standard request, so I used the telephone to talk to someone. Every question was answered and I was able to agree to a new policy that covered my specific needs over the phone without any difficulty. However, I made a mistake on the title of the person to be covered, and this was swiftly corrected without any fuss.

I found going via a 3rd party much cheaper than going direct via their web site.

Getting cover for my DJ Gear was effortless. Cannot comment on claims, but getting the cover was very simple and straightforward. Just make sure you have proof of purchase.
