Website not User Friendly & Customer Service Could be Better
The mobile version of the website is glitchy.
I tried updating my email in settings several times and it still shows my old email.
The customer service rep was less than pleasant when I called.
UPDATE: I received an email from InsureLMT stating I haven’t renewed but I did and I have the certificate to prove it.
I wish they’d get their act together.

I couldn't login with the credentials I was given. I tried several times. Finally just clicked forgot password.

Some devices such as smartphones do not properly download certificates from the portal due to security settings or pop-up blockers, so for the best experience we recommend accessing the portal via a desktop pc.
