If I could give no stars I would’ve, I fitted a coolflow TR20017CP for a customer, they are an older couple so thought the ant-scold technology would be a good idea, I had it all set up correctly and showed them how it works, that evening they contacted me to say that they couldn’t control the shower, it was either hot or cold, went back and checked it and I couldn’t get it to work either, thought I would try to re-calibrate it as per instructions, this still didn’t work, so it was taken back to the merchant’s where I swapped it for a different brand, which works, the intec was sent back only to be sent back to the merchant and told that they could not find any problems with it, they’ve tested it obviously in a controlled environment, totally different from “ on site “ situation, I’ve have used this product before and had no issues whatsoever, I think with there attitude to the merchant and myself I won’t and wouldn’t recommend using them

Firstly Intatec products are second to none stylish and well built.
I had a slight issue with my shower I contacted Intatec spoke with James from technical he resolved my issue within minutes. It’s great to know you have great customer service if you need it. James was a gentleman polite, professional and courteous.

Just refurbed a flat with new kitchen and bathrooms. Bath and ensuite both using Inta products. "Thermostatic" showers are great and the plumber said they were good to fit. We had thermostatic valves for the basins too, for safety as it's an Airbnb.

Very efficient customer service and excellent products with an extensive warranty. Easy to communicate by email and prompt deliveries. Well done.
